This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  1. Be able to program regular/circuit/interval styles in one workout

    When building a workout it would be useful to be able to use multiple formats- ie: regular and interval, rather than having to make them separately.

  2. Exercise demo vid side-by-side with the workout instructions

    Had two new clients tell me that it kept interrupting the flow of their new workouts to have the video take over the whole screen, then have to move back to the instructions to see how many reps, etc

  3. Add Workout Alert for an exact time

    I have a multi faceted program for some of my clients. I'd like to be able to schedule an exact time for each workout to keep them regimented.

    For example:
    9am: Warmup
    9:15am Strength Workout
    8pm Core Circuit

  4. Add stretching exercise, or programs.

  5. Add automated reminders to the coach in the calendar

    Same as automated messages to the client, automated messaged to the coach. Reminders like "tomorrow is the 14th day, call {firstname}" will save so much time instead of searching and filtering tags which are so slow.

  9. ability to mention other trainers in notes

    Ability to mention another trainer in the notes and the other trainer can get a notification. This will be great for collaboration.

    You changed The cardio my client use to be able to just enter their data themselves and not they cannot and I can not figure out how to do it either. Please put it back to the way it use to be

  12. Programs should be broken down into days (ex. Day 1, Day 2) instead of specific weekdays.

    Instead of listing specific days to do workouts, they should be in numbers incase a client starts their program at a random time of the month. And every month has a different amount of days so it overcomplicates scheduling.

  14. Allowing clients to view their upcoming workouts before they begin.

    As a coach, I go over every new workout with my students ahead of time. Having them be able to view their new workout before we get on a call makes teaching and learning much easier. I would love for my students to be able to view their new upcoming master program before it actually is scheduled to begin. Thank you.

  15. Allow trainers to see all programs a client has done

    I would like to be able to see what programs a client has done so that I know if they’ve done a program or not so I don’t accidently assign it to them again. As of right now I can see what exercises they complete but not the whole program.

  16. Be able to assign single workouts to clients without having to create a new training program

  17. Be able to extract the client's weekly workout data in to a spreadsheet

    It will be good to have the ability to directly extract client's workout data/compliance in to a spread sheet or Google sheet for easier management.

    Ability to create and have a section like:

    -Dynamic stretch
    Workout (Power/Explosive)
    -Plyometrics/Olympic Liftings

  19. Allow preview of future program for clients

    When I assign a program to a client on a future date, allow them to preview the workout ahead of time so they know what to expect on their first day.

  20. The ability to make exercises more than just one type

    It’s ridiculous that an exercise can’t be more than one type. Burpees for example can’t be endurance and strength based? Surely this is an easy fix for you guys?
