Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  1. Choose order of events on client's calendar

    It would be nice to be able to choose the order of events happening on a client's calendar, for example, if I want them to see habits first, or cardio before workouts, etc.

  2. The ability to see entire workout plan while building

    While building a program it would be nice to see entire plan instead of just one workout so you can see what you’ve programmed. Instead of going back and forth from workout A, B, C to see what you put in.

  3. The Missing Feature: %-Based Lifting & Program Merging

    I work with a lot of coaches and clients who use percentage-based lifts — for example, 4×4 @ 80%.

    Right now, that means I have to:
    • Check each client’s projected 1RM
    • Calculate their individual 80%
    • Manually input that number, client by client

    It’s slow, clunky, and completely unnecessary.

    Why isn’t there an option to:
    • Program percentage-based lifting directly inside a program, and
    • Create a master program for key lifts (e.g. bench periodisation)
    • Then merge and order it with the client’s main program?

    The client experience could be:
    • One calendar
    • One session flow…

  4. Copy & Paste Workouts

    How are we almost in 2026 and there's still no ability to copy and paste workouts on a clients calendar? Not too mention if I create a workout for the day on a clients calendar I have no ability to save it, copy it, or anything other than set up rigid recurring for it. I've been using this app for over 3 years now and while all the features are great - the lack of this feature is a huge disappointment still.

  5. RPE is a score given to each set, not the overall workout.

    The whole point of RPE is that it allows you to progress your workout. Giving RPE to entire workout is uselss.

  6. Add subcategories within a workout program

    add a text title to each superset or series category. for example superset 1: "Warmup" superset 2: "strength series 1" ( this would be followed by the video exercises, reps and sets.) superset 3: "Conditioning" Bridge has this feature and it makes the progression of the workout very clear.

  10. Save Swaps

    When my clients make swaps in a program, they want the swaps to save but it reverts to the same exercises each time. Would be nice if they had that option. Also, two more things. We need more cable exercises like cable step ups, cable kick backs, rope pull-throughs, etc. and more emojis for reacting to client comments!

    Allowing women to track there cycle and depending on phase it will allow a certain workout . For women in there follicular or ovulation they will hit better PR because estrogen is higher as well as testosterone. During menstrual could apply a different kind of intense workout depending on client everyone is different . Just hormone intelligent training that’s my model

    I have plenty of clients who realize an issue with form, or pain during any given movement and they don't have a designated spot in the workout to tell me that. Many other coaching platforms offer a spot for clients to leave notes next to their workouts, not just after

  15. UPLOAD CUSTOM THUMBNAIL FOR EXERCISES / PROGRAMS (custom videos)

    I need to be able to upload a thumbnail from my custom video upload for my programs and exercises. The current situation of using a screen grab of the fist second of the very first exercise as the thumbnail looks terrible. It seems unprofessional, and is confusing for my clients as it is not a visual representation of the exercise. This seems like a simple fix, so let's do it?

  16. Edit Timing/Text For Multiple Exercises In Workout builder

    At the moment, there isn't a total time showing when building exercise programmes, which means ytou have to keep a manual running total. Then, when you want to adjust the length set or rest time for multiple exercises you have to do each one manually. It would be a much better experience to provide the option of selecting multiple expercises (or a circuit) and to change the (for example) rest period for all of them at once.

  17. Improved Web Client View (Match App Functionality)

    Please expand the web version for clients to match the app view. Right now, clients can’t see their previous weights, reps, or notes when completing workouts on the web.

    Many older clients prefer laptops because the mobile app is too small and busy. A full web view — showing past performance and allowing easier data entry — would make training much more accessible.

    This would also help coaches working with clients in person, since entering data on a laptop is much easier than on a phone while monitoring form.

  18. Merge Exercises in Exercise Library

    We have some exercises input twice and then clients may use 2 different inputs for exercises. (Ex: "ez bar overhead tricep extension" and "overhead tricep extension (EZ Bar)" ).

    This causes the clients to have 2 separate exercise/weight histories.

    Would love a feature to "merge exercises" so you can consolidate 2 different exercise histories of weights into 1 and put 1 video as the technique video.

    This would:
    - Merge histories for personal bests
    - Replace/merge both exercises in the Master Workouts and Plans to be the Merged Exercise

    This has occurred for me and my team after 7 years…

  19. Remove Weight (kg) Field for Mobility Exercises

    Many coaches use mobility exercises as instruction-based, bodyweight-only movements.

    Currently, when assigning mobility exercises, the "kg/weight" field appears automatically in the workout tracking interface. However, mobility work does not involve external load.

    This creates confusion for clients, as they may think they are expected to add weight or input data that is not relevant to the exercise.

  20. app suggestion - I enter my reps and lbs after every set, and then I go up and click the Rest button. After the next set, I have to click in

After the next set, I have to click into the next box to enter my reps, and repeat the process. Could your app developer make it so that as soon as I enter my reps and lbs (or just reps if that's all it is on that row), and click Next to drop to the next row, it automatically starts up the Rest period? It would save a lot of needless clicking between Rest and going down to…
