Block screen recording and screen capture
It should be vital that coaches get their plans protected more by disabling screen recording and stopping clients being able to screen capture workouts. Currently clients can access plans, capture the enter workout either by recording or screen caps
And leave the app, including videos and instructions. It should be trainerize priority to block situations like this happening, causing trainers to lose thousands in membership fees. I'd much rather a focus on that than trainerize current priority of AI..

RPE is a score given to each set, not the overall workout.
The whole point of RPE is that it allows you to progress your workout. Giving RPE to entire workout is uselss.

The Missing Feature: %-Based Lifting & Program Merging
I work with a lot of coaches and clients who use percentage-based lifts — for example, 4×4 @ 80%.
Right now, that means I have to:
• Check each client’s projected 1RM
• Calculate their individual 80%
• Manually input that number, client by clientIt’s slow, clunky, and completely unnecessary.
Why isn’t there an option to:
• Program percentage-based lifting directly inside a program, and
• Create a master program for key lifts (e.g. bench periodisation)
• Then merge and order it with the client’s main program? The client experience could be:
• One calendar
• One session flow…2 votes -
Searching for exercises within a workout and exercise history
You made it so we can search DB for dumbbell exercises or lat to pull up all lat pulldown exercises - but for some reason I get two totally different search results when I leave the "S" off exercises. For example, searching sit up vs sit ups. For the most part the search works really well, but the S confuses it for some reason.

Add subcategories within a workout program
add a text title to each superset or series category. for example superset 1: "Warmup" superset 2: "strength series 1" ( this would be followed by the video exercises, reps and sets.) superset 3: "Conditioning" Bridge has this feature and it makes the progression of the workout very clear.

Mirrors on Stage
Sometimes, there isn’t enough space in the room on the L or R side of the stage of the studio & it would be awesome to have mirrors behind the instructor for when you have to pick a spot in the middle of the room.

Seperate section of programming for PT sessions
Adding a section to the clients profile of workouts that are PT sessions programming (the client cannot see). So that if youre doing a session with them, add it into trainerize, so you can track their stats, but not let them see the workout on their end.

More cardio metrics.
Add more metrics into the cardio functions.
Examples:
Treadmill - incline, distance, pace & interval/time
Stair climber - pace, distance & time
Row machine - distance, interval & resistance
This would allow us coaches to be more specific with our clients programming and provide a more in depth experience for the client1 vote -
Better Metcon Tracking
Create a system that remembers metcons and workout stats to make them repeatable.
be able to do AMRAPs, EMOMs, FBG, RFT, etc.; know all the "named" workouts from CrossFit; and maintain a performance database. be able to name workouts and interchangeably add new TRACKABLE metcons (like squat or any other movement) from week to week in the notes or as a workout. The BTWB app is a great reference for all of this.

App definitely needs stronger analytics i.e. 1 RM max estimation and HR metrics for cardio. Zone levels and aerobic vs anaerobic
Unless I am missing it, I can't see a client's 1 RM estimation or even PRs for lifts. Would love to see HR averages, zone levels for HR and estimated lctate thresholds

Seated Band Exercises
I have a large population of senior citizen clients and many of them perform chair exercises with bands and dumbbells and the available exercises don’t fit this specific population. It would be amazing if more videos like this could be added.

Option to hide last week's reps from the client
It would be very useful to have an optional setting where the client cannot see the previous week's reps for an exercise, while the coach can still see them.
Some clients become overly focused on beating last week’s numbers and end up sacrificing technique just to achieve rep PRs.
If the previous reps were hidden from the client, they could focus more on proper execution, effort, and staying within the prescribed RIR or RPE.
The coach would still be able to see the previous reps in order to monitor progression.
This should simply be an optional toggle that the coach…

The ability to save a workout you built as a one time workout.
It would be super helpful to be able to take a workout you built as a quick workout on a random day and save it to/as a program. This seems like a pretty straightforward feature and I know I've used it in Everfit. I saw a 4 year old post requesting exactly this with 2,000 votes but no response from Trainerize.
