Exercise note included in history
Show exercise note alongside history. Underneath the exed use name you have the ability to write down rep range, tempo, ROM etc. When you view the history of an exercise it would be helpful to show the notes for that exercises. For example, take a regular lat pulldown done for 10 reps at 100 lbs on one day. Then on the next session you decided to add an eccentric tempo for 10 reps at 90 lbs. The history currently shows 100lbs one day and 90 lbs on the following without any context. It would be nice to see that the…

Spring Clips Upgrade
Barbell Collar is highly recommended because spring clips are difficult for both men and women with small hands to use. They find it too strong and cannot put it on.

Please add distance strength exercise type
We have “strength" exercises (reps and weight) and "timed strength” (seconds and weight) but we do not have “distance strength” (distance and weight) exercise types. Its a simple addition and crucial. For example for sled push, farmers carry, suitcase, carry, etc. the list goes on and on. Many programs involve these drills and trainerize even has carries on their list of drills.

AI Training Focus Automations
Coaches can select various AI-powered training focus automations for their client’s programs:
Progressive Overload: AI adjusts reps, sets, and weight progression automatically based on client performance. The system increases the intensity over time to ensure the client is continuously improving.
Auto-Regulated Training (RPE/Fatigue): The AI guides the client to adjust the intensity of their workout by suggesting the appropriate number of reps and weight to use based on their perceived exertion (RPE) or fatigue level.
Muscle Endurance Focus: For endurance training, the AI sets higher rep ranges (12-20+ reps) with lighter weights for improving muscular endurance.
Strength Focus: When focusing…8 votes -
Allow trainers to put tags and/or put exercices in favorite so its easier to find.
We all have our favorite exercices that we do over and over again.
Also the built in tag is not optimal, example the new mobility exercices dont even show when i filter mobility. So maybe do something about that.3 votes -
include "core" and "pelvic floor" in main muscle part of creating a workout.
have a section that is for core as opposed to just lower back and abs. I would like to help strengthen my clients core control and stability especially for women and older clients. scrolling through or trying to search op ideas are difficult and take a while to find something close to what I'm looking for.

Created trainings for clients
It would be great if we could share the trainings we created with all the clients we have so we don't have to create the same training for everyone from scratch.

Allow On Demand program to auto populate clients client's calender when client chooses it.
I am looking to build a monthly membership that allows clients to have access to all on-demand programs available. Since I am a biomechanics specialist, I often have these programs scheduled in a particular order and progression. When a client chooses a program, I would like the program to autopopulate their calendar as I have designed the program.

add cardio activity - golf
Under the cardio tab there are all kinds of sports but golf is not one of them. Golf is the main part of my coaching so it would be awesome to have golf as a cardio option. Thank you!

Progression Sheet and Perdization
Update the current progression feature to allow the ability to input and adjust repetitions and weights. The text version is outdated. Clients want the information already within the app. The ability to switch out or substitute exercises within a progression sheet as well.

Track when client substitutes an exercise
When reviewing a client's workout(s), it would be nice to see when and what they substituted. With the client load and time that goes by, it's hard to remember what was originally in the workout and what they changed. It also helps us coach them better to know what they substitute.

Check box next to each set!
Adding a check box next to each set that way a client can mark off each set when they are working out alone. This will allow client better keep track of where they are in the workout. If they happen to get a call or text or click away from the app, they may lose track of which set they were on and can either overwork themselves or not do what was assigned which down the line can lead to either injury or missing their goals if done too often.

We need more room for feedback from clients. There should be an area where they can give feedback next to the exercise like rating RPE
Next to each exercise in a workout there should be a feedback note tab where they can write in RPE or even submit videos of them performing the exercises for video review. This would be a great feature for coach care and accountability/feedback.

Workouts that include cardio
There should not be a limit of 30 minutes if I would like to create a workout that includes running or any cardio activity. The time should be a unlimited amount and not set.

substitute exercise options
Progression and Regression Exercise Suggestions
One great feature in the app right now is the ability to substitute exercises — it’s really useful when someone needs to make a quick change.
To make it even better, it would be great if we could suggest specific regressions and progressions for each exercise. For example:
• If someone can’t do a full press-up, they could be guided to regress to a wall press-up or box press-up.
• If they find it too easy, they could progress to weighted press-ups or more advanced variations. How it would help:
• Instead of clients randomly…2 votes -

Modular Programming Sections
Modular Programming “Sections” (Similar to Everfit)
As a coach, one of the most valuable tools in Everfit is the ability to create and save reusable “Sections” — such as Warm-Ups, Movement Prep, Prehab, Conditioning Blocks, etc. These can then be quickly inserted into any workout.
Here’s what this feature could look like in Trainerize:
The ability to build and save named sections (e.g., “Lower Body MAP Warm-Up,” “Prehab for Runners,” “Sprint Prep Block”).Easily drag-and-drop these into workouts within a program or client plan.
Optional setting to link the section to the original, so updates apply across the board.
