Daily Wellness Survey - Sleep Quality, Stress/Mood, Motivation and Energy Levels
For online coaching purposes having the ability to track the following by allowing the client to rate their daily with a daily form/questionaire/survey
Sleep Quality
Stress / Mood
Motivation
Water Intake.
This will help paint a better overall picture if the client is affected by any of these.
Helps with accountability, adherence and results.

This has been at the top of the message board for YEARS! It's one of the few features I've actually been waiting to be done.
As a fitness/lifestyle coach, what's more important than data? Getting daily biofeedback is ESSENTIAL in my eyes for being able to get a look "inside" the mind and body of our clients. Rather than "felt good yesterday" and "My sleep is awesome, "... we can track over days what they felt and catch trends and possible differences between what they communicate and what they actually feel.
Let's get this in the works! I love that Trainerize is a one-stop shop, and I'd love to make that official and throw away my google sheets form of this.
Some features I'd love to see:
- A prompt setting where we can set what time of day they get a notification to fill it out.
- A fillable question format, meaning I could ask as many questions as I would like (which won't be that many for most) but I can also word them how I'd like. I can see this feature being at its best if the coach can decide what they want to track daily. I think a scale or text box option would be great too. Examples, sleep, hydration, appetite, energy libido on a scale 1-10. Others being "How do you feel about your workout and food choices yesterday?"

Yes! Debating between another platform partly because of this. I've been using my own quiz but in the app and tracking it would be awesome.

daily journal/reflection questions or an area in the app where you are able to reflect on the day/week as a whole and/or ability to link apps such as calm and sleep timer to track usage over week

Some sort of slider-scale where they can easily rank mood, energy, stress, hunger, productivity on a scale 1-5 each day

My clients rate their energy, mood, cravings, among many other each day it would be nice if we could get our own options to add markers of progress like this, then I wouldn't have to use a separate sheet to track all that.

Gives both coach and client a graph of how they’ve been feeling weekly over the month relevant to their performance, attendance etc...
Injuries show up when stressed for example or over training, may need to adjust program -

Setting up daily wellness check-ins is a must for us health coaches. I using Google Forms for this but it was not automated and the results tracking was not quite right (since it's not designed for the same client answering surveys multiple times).
For now I'm using Trainerize strictly for my training clients, and a dedicated tool (Stridist) for lifestyle/habit coaching, but it would be great to do it all in one place.

With habit coaching, nutrition coaching, and especially my advanced PT clients, I need to check-in daily rather than just at appointments. For the last year I've been having to do it by texting or Google Forms but that's a lot for my clients to keep up with. Can we integrate some custom forms within the app that can be sent to clients daily, weekly, etc. where they can report things like sleep amount, nutrition consistency, water intake, energy levels, stress levels, injuries/pain, etc.

It would be awesome if coaches could create brief check-in surveys (similar to how clients can rate RPE after a workout) whether its on a scale from 1-10, or 'check all that apply' / multiple choice
And have them sent out on an automated schedule within Master Programs.
For example, if i wanted a client to check in on their sleep or hydration on a particular day in the program, or rate their level of soreness, etc.
This could even be implemented within the Master Habits, where the habit itself has some sort of action other than 'check complete'

Biofeedback information such as daily tracking of sleep, stress levels, Energy Levels, etc. So that we can see a chart of progress as these things improve. ie. Rate your stress levels from 1-10.
Also Yes and No questions as part of tracking. ie.
Did you experience any digestive issues today (Y or N) -

Yes. This is a necessary assessment for tracking progress and would be extremely helpful to have in the app.
