I can't believe this isn't a feature! I've only just started using Trainerize - I might cancel.

Is there any update on this? It's becoming incresingly frustrating having to use typeform outside of the app for check ins and hard to keep track. Please update us @ Trainerize.

I agree I’m sick of using other things like automated msgs and sending my clients to a form.
The adherence drops off after weeks because it’s to clunky and people forget.
If this was in app it would be just like a workout or task you ask your clients to do.
Sick of this with Trainerize, paying isn’t an issue but I want to pay for what I get. Really considering moving to Everfit they have this down and it’s smooth!
Cmon Trainerize who are you evening targeting as your customer base?
You can see how many comments and vote submissions there are for this highly requested feature!!

THIS IS A CRITICAL FEATURE!
I've been with trainerize for almost a decade and surprised they havent prioritized this yet.
I, and like many other trainers & large coaching businesses i know, have shopped around and tried other software like Kahunas.io, MyCoachAI, everfit, etc. and while they are missing a couple features, the check in system is the first thing they have.
ive had clients test run the app for me as well and they all loved it. If those companies had the one feature i was missing or needed, i would have moved my entire roster & business over.
and i know of at least 5 companies that HAVE left trainerize and made the switch because of it.
its only a matter of time before the other platforms add in the features they are missing (They are fast to put it into action), and then trainerize will have some major competition on their hands, and could start hemmoraging your client base.
PLEASE prioritize this, so it doesn't take 2 years like voice notes did.
Ill also be posting a link to the FB groups where most people request this, so people can vote on it, and the developers can see how much value this feature will truly have. -

Is anyone interested in learning how to send weekly check ins via Zapier? I can make a video tutorial explaining step by step.

Hey George!
Thanks for sharing this feedback with us. We have an existing idea in our portal for this request. I'll be merging your idea into that existing idea, which will keep you subscribed when we have updates.
Thanks!

I would like the ability for my clients to fill out their check-in forms within the trainerize app rather than building a form elsewhere and sending it to them individually. I think this would be great as then you could customise make each clients check-in form so that they are more specific to each person or just have the ability to easily change the check-in questions,

Now I'm paying over £200pm for Trainerize, it would be nice to have forms in house just like other apps like Lenus, so I don't also have to pay Jotform & type form also. It also makes for a nicer client experience.

It would also be good for the forms to be easy to build. The current Par-Q builder is more of a coding set up which isn't user friendly in my opinion.
I use typeform for all my forms at the moment, it'd be great to have something similar within Trainerize.

Like many others I also send out weekly Google Form check-ins for my clients. The ability to credit a check-in form that would auto send each week would be ideal. My clients LOVE having one place for all their data (workouts, meals, weight, photos, etc), it's just this one thing that is missing.

Would love for these forms to be connected to each clients profile in some way. Would be very helpful for organization and a great way for the coaches to see their adherence to the program

I use a Google form linked into my clients programs. Be much easier if it was just a feature inside the app. Have a variety of questions we could choose from to be put into the forms

This is much needed. I currently use an exel sheet and weekly google form. Current check in functions on App are extremely poor.

YES! This is a vital part of the coaching process that we need added.

Couldn't agree more
Saves us a lot of time to go over feedback through out the weeks / months and see if there are any common mistakes or problems people are facing -

Absolutely, implementing a feature for weekly check-in surveys/forms is crucial for client engagement and accountability. It's about more than just sets and reps; it's about providing holistic support and tracking progress effectively. Other apps are already offering this, and it's become a standard expectation in the industry. Let's prioritize adding this feature to enhance the overall client experience and retention.
