IMPROVE workout builder’s Duplicate & Rest
Please add ability to ADD REST or DUPLICATE to an EXACT SPOT instead of it being added at the very bottom and then having to be moved to its correct place. Plus, drag and drop is clunky - you have to get it just right to get it to scroll up to areas out of view. Expanding the workout window would help too.

AMRAP, FOR TIME, FOR DISTANCE, FOR REPS, FOR CALORIES
As programmers, we need the ability to add workouts that combine AMRAPS, For Time, For Distance, For Reps, For Calories. We should be able to make a workout without making individual inputs. We should be able to just input a workout and then choose, sets x reps, for Distance, for calories , for time, for weight, for AMRAP (for Reps only, or for Rounds and Reps). Honestly as I see through the "ideas" for you all, you seem to not want to make any changes. You all need to look at systems like Wodify and SugarWOD for how they allow…

Necessary feature
Add a feature that allows one to program AMRAP, EMOM (every minute on a minute), AFAP (as fast/far as possible) and RFT (rounds for time) to make programming simpler.

Workout Plan
I'd like to be able to write down workouts fully before adding the video option, that way I can work faster.
I'd also like for the app to track Maximum Repetitions for the basic exercises (Back Squat, Deadlift, Chest Press, Bent Over Row) and for it to crossover with the planner so we can more easily follow client %RM and progression.1 vote -
AI integration
Hey Trainerize Team,
I hope you’re doing great! I’ve been using Trainerize for a while now, and I had a couple of ideas that I think could really level up the platform for coaches and clients alike.
AI-Powered Program Creation
Imagine if we could integrate something like ChatGPT directly with Trainerize so that a coach could just describe the kind of program they want—like “Hey, build a four-week muscle-building plan with these exercises”—and the AI automatically populates that program inside the Trainerize app. It would save us a ton of time and make the whole process super efficient.In-App Live…

Back option
Occasionally I’ve swiped my phone mid workout when grabbing it and it’s moved me to the save workout option. There’s no option to go back and continue so have to end the session or cancel and start again losing all the information. If we could go back, then sessions would record correct data

Duplicate rest or exercise RIGHT BELOW selected exercise or rest.
It would be so nice to be able to select one or more exercise or rest and duplicate it right below instead of any duplicated/copied item going to the very bottom. So time consuming moving things up and finding them. Plus, it's hard to drag items and get it to move where you want to. Very clunky.

Ability to CHANGE or COPY a workout (like from Traditional to Interval)
It would be so nice to be able to at least copy the exercises over instead of have to start fresh simply because I want to use another style template.

Hi! I regularly use a Pit Shark for RDLs and Belt Squats at the gym. Could we add these to the exercise choices?

Hi Trainerize team! I’d love to share some feature suggestions that could make the platform even more powerful:
1. A column that automatically shows a client’s personal best (max weight) for each exercise when I build their plan, so we can see their top lifts right there.
2. More foam rolling videos for different body parts to support mobility routines.
3. An AI or robotic system that can generate a basic workout plan framework based on goals, so it does most of the initial work and we fine-tune it.
4. A fully customizable assessment form feature, so we can design…1 vote -
Ability to offer short term one off program(ex. 5 week Kettle Bell at home plan) without adding the individual to your client total.
I want to be able to create and sell a short term one off program that people can purchase (ex. Minimal equipment 7 week at home plan). That they can have lifetime access to, without being added to my client list. It’s not fair that I have to pay more for a larger subscription to add client spots for folks that aren’t longer term coaching clients.

Feedback on Drag and Drop features and Progressions
Just giving feedback and not sure where to put this....Recently it seems that the drag and drop feature when creating a workout plan on a phone or tablet no longer works, it shows a dialogue box instead when trying to "drag" and then deletes the exercise from the program when you let go to "drop" it in place. Would love for the drag and drop feature to work on mobile devices again! (Maybe I need to update something?)
Also when creating progressions it used to let you just type directly into the box in the progressions area. But now when…

A notes section beside an exercise that clients can use. Seen an idea like this for the coach to be able to use, but with many clients online it would be awesome if they could leave themselves reminders on different exercises.
E.g. what setting a machine was on

Allow clients to search on demand workouts by tag
I have an option for clients to have access to all of my templates workouts. It would be nice for them to be able to search the workout by tag. It would be less helpful to have folders to organize the workouts because some workouts have more than one intended purpose (i.e., mobility; foot)..

Can we add a way to toggle the trainerize exercise library
we need to be able to toggle exercises on and off. I find the library is so stacked that finding certain exercises can be a bit tedious beacuse I can't filter through things I will never program

Restore The Progression Spreadsheet to update them directly without needing to click each cell and type into a single pop up form.😡
Please restore the ability to hit "tab" and type directly into each cell in the Progression Worksheet, without needing to click the **** mouse to update every single cell you want to change in a silly pop up screen. This new update is so much slower and annoying.

Time check for daily programs
My clients know they can click on each program or class and see the individual time for that specific item but they are also asking for a daily total- Like how much time they need to carve out total based on what is scheduled that day. It would be cool if they could hover over the day or next to the date in parentheses for it to total time: X mins and it would auto updated based on the program/classes/exercises added that day.

Improved Web Client View (Match App Functionality)
Please expand the web version for clients to match the app view. Right now, clients can’t see their previous weights, reps, or notes when completing workouts on the web.
Many older clients prefer laptops because the mobile app is too small and busy. A full web view — showing past performance and allowing easier data entry — would make training much more accessible.
This would also help coaches working with clients in person, since entering data on a laptop is much easier than on a phone while monitoring form.
