More than 2 years have passed and unfortunately, no change..

This would be an absolute game changer. For client retention - it's so important for the clients to see YOUR face regularly and not rely on PT/Coaching sessions to have that face interaction.
I do have my videos on there, but as they aren't looping like the Trainerize ones, it doesn't look as good. We must get this done!

It is a tool that Im very interested too, because one of the added values Im trying to show is "saving time" for my clients and a "no distractions strategy" where they dont have to be opening or closing windows just doing the workout

You know how the videos already made on the trainerize program show a 2/3 second clip of the workout move while the client sees it pop up for their interval workout. I would love to have the same option to do the same for the custom exercises I have added. Then we select the 2/3 clip clip that we want shown

This is critical. It is extremely time consuming tapping into the video to watch a long replay. You have to tap 2-3 times before you can watch the video. It would be ideal to have a video loop of the trainer performing the exercise. The loss of this feature has Me cancelling this app.

I just noticed the videos we upload don't loop with circuits. For my pilates programs it's crucial! I just paid for the app and want to run a challenge. This is really inefficient. Disappointed

I am so disappointed in this feature not being available!!! I’m definitely moving on to a different platform if this isn’t fixed asap!

Critically important for professionalism

CLIENTS HAVE A PROBLEM viewing the exercise between sets STOPPING their entire interval TIMED workout, and proceeding/pressing play.

This feature would be INSURMOUNTABLY VALUABLE and PROFESSIONAL.

A mute/unmute button as well as a toggle button to have the ability to turn it on and off for data would be great!

Hi, i would love this as i would like my programmes to be more personal, and my clients love to see the exercise and countdown at the same time, this is a big thing i would love to happen asap as i have just upload 84 exercise videos without me knowing this was not a option

This is something that would make Trainerize THE app for me. My clients have mentioned this to me but because I prioritise my custom exercises over the looping function I have told them that there isn’t anything I can do right now. I would love to come back to them with the fix for this. Looping videos with MY demonstrations … this would be hugely helping and enable me to retain current clients and attract new ones

Having the ability for custom videos to auto play is HUGE! I have had nearly all of my clients complain about this as it disrupts their music & flow of their workout to have to click to open this vs, having it auto play and loop as the trainerize videos do. Please add this feature ASAP!

I would like the option to loop the exercise videos I upload to the library - just like the demo videos by trainerize are looped. My clients have to press the video for them to start.

Please add this feature! If Trainerize had all of the exercise we needed it wouldn't be as much of an issue, but there are many we need to find elsewhere or create ourselves.

Can we get this please? The inconsistent user experience between trainerize and custom exercises is really bad for our clients. Doesn't it benefit you too if we can upload shorter videos? Less storage?
