We are continually upgrading your fitness app with new features based on your feedback. Please add a new idea, or vote on an existing idea. This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  1. multiple Roles should be allowed to import from ABC Fitness Solutions.

    Currently the only role in app that can import from ABC is the Admin/owner role. Since many organizations admins work out of a corporate location, there needs to be a way for us to allow other roles (manager specifically) to import from ABC since those operators work at the clubs. In a perfect world, this permission should be a toggle per role.

  2. "Auto-Renew" toggle webhook

    Clubs will receive a notification when a user toggles the "Auto-renew" payment to OFF so that they can attempt to rescue the member before their membership lapses.

  8. No shows 3 strike rule

    If a client no shows for 3 classes, can we lock their ability to book online classes for 90 days or until club manually removes lock?

  11. More App Customization Options

    It is great that we can customize the app to include our logo, but is there any way to further customize the design of the app including our brand colors etc. like PTD has the ability to do? When clients post screenshots post workout or using the app, everyone from around the world's app all look exactly the same. This has made it hard for clients in the past to trust our program if they have "seen" the same app being used and they don't feel like it's really "our" app.

  12. Cancel Classes easier navigation

    Having members cancel classes prior to start is one of our number one initiatives and needs as a business to allow more members to join classes, especially now with restrictions. Burying the cancel class behind the three dots does not help this in my opinion. Why not just a bar across the bottom that says CANCEL CLASS? As a consumer in general, the less clicks the better.

  15. Volume Button to Change Rep Count

    Rep count input space can be altered by volume button. Each time you press volume + it increases rep count by 1, volume - will decrease rep count as one. This in conjunction with possible automatic input of trainer's rep target (a separate idea for future app improvement) in that slot can save clients a lot of time since they often only miss or surpass the rep target by a few reps.

  17. Family Billing

    Turn off the ability to update billing and personal info in the new APP.. Since we don’t handle family memberships that well they won’t want members accessing this info on the app.
