Manual Check into Class - Time limit
Need to Limit Time to say 2 hours prior to class that a member can manually check into a class. Currently they can book a class and check into the class as soon as they are booked. Even if it is a Week in advance.
Causing major issues with booking. Clients not showing up to classes but are marked as attended. issues for members that want to take the class and issues for payroll. As classes are showing full but only a fraction of the members are showing up.11 votes -

Class Frequency
Indicate the number of times the client has attended the class. This would allow the fitness instructor to easily identify first time guests as well as acknowledge regulars.

Calendar Sync functionality does not work
Fix the sync calendar appointments for coaches and allow to sync with IOS calendar for iPhone and Outlook. Not user friendly and it doesn’t work accurately. It also doesn’t sync well from the ABC tools the gym uses so members don’t always get notices of their appointments.

Update app design/layout
Trainerize is a great app, but some feedback says the calendar and the ‘list style’ workout layout is a bit “ugly and outdated”
I would love to give clients the option to view a ‘card style’ layout, similar to true coach.

Communication
It would be Great to be able to text the members in our classes. This is especially helpful if we haven’t seen a member in a while if a member was injured or if we have to cancel class at the last minute

Have Trainerize sessions sync to client’s personal calendar
Some of my clients have requested that Trainerize automatically syncs appointments to their personal calendar apps instead of manually putting in appointments or looking at Trainerize app

Family Memberships - Ability to switch between family members in app
Most family plans include minors who do not have an email address or are too young to be using a mobile device.
Please implement the feature for family plans to display their different barcodes/users when the primary member does not want or has other unique email addresses for the family members.

App to display the amenities that the member has access to based on membership type.
Clients would like members to be able to view their membership type and amenities in the app. For example if I am a Gold member (level higher than Basic) the member should see they have access to: Gym 24 hours, Tanning Beds, Towel Service, 1 complimentary Smoothie (once a month). Also would love to have a comparison for "If I upgrade to Platinum, I would get these additional amenities: 2 PT training sessions, pool access, tennis courts.
