Volume Button to Change Rep Count
Rep count input space can be altered by volume button. Each time you press volume + it increases rep count by 1, volume - will decrease rep count as one. This in conjunction with possible automatic input of trainer's rep target (a separate idea for future app improvement) in that slot can save clients a lot of time since they often only miss or surpass the rep target by a few reps.

Updating the Trainerize.me profile
Social Media is making a bigger presence with online fitness and I think its not that important having a website when you showcase all your content and material on social media. Making the profiles more like a landing page with a more up to date format that engages people would be awesome. Like adding a video to the check out page instead of an image. There is loads of features you could apply to the profiles. I think having this thread is a great start to see what ABC/Trainerize can do and if anyone actually agrees with me hahah

iPad/Tablet split screen compatibility
I would be a lot more efficient at programming if I didn’t have to keep between apps. I was pretty disappointed when i found it wasn’t a feature already.

Auto-refresh the apps dashboard whenever navigating back to it
If you change clubs in the app the Home screen should auto refresh to the club they have chosen. Currently it does not do this unless they manually refresh and this can cause confusion.

Remove the “Add to wallet” feature or ability to turn it off
Remove the “Add to wallet” feature or ability to turn it off.
We should not have a feature that encourages members to NOT use the app. We want to push people to the APP not away from it.
by having the wallet feature will make members use the APP less frequently.1 vote -
Announcement URL Behavior Change
Currently, when we add an announcement with the setting "Open a webpage", it will automatically take the user to the webpage when they click on the announcement notification.
Please change the behavior so that when the user taps on the notification, it opens the app for the user to read and then decide if they want to go ahead and access the webpage.

Request to change the error message "The payment has been declined"
If a member is expired, the error should indicate such.
Telling a member their payment was “declined” in today's world causes them stress/anxiety thinking they were hacked, or there is a problem with their payment cards. This is especially a problem for us when we are the “new” billing/software company taking over a club's members. I think we would all agree that is not in line with the experience we want to project, and perhaps is something we can have addressed in a future patch? This is NOT a critical now issue that is impacting thousands, and the financial impact…

Remove the ability to add workouts
- Clients/members SHOULDN'T be allowed to add workouts and programming by clicking on the + Add workout button. This would be a big deterrent to our program.

Customer Service Email on the APP
The contact email in the APP engagementhelp@abcfitness.com can be confusing to members, quite a few members email into this email to freeze or cancel or dispute payments etc. Can something be added that says: This email is ONLY intended to research, troubleshoot, and escalate app problems that are being presented to members/clients. Do not use this contact for any membership changes or concerns.

Search Tab and Management tools in Groups Section
The Edge Fitness has hundreds of groups being used in their platform. Their leadership team is looking to have a search tab in the groups section to pull up specific groups without having to scroll through the hundreds of Groups. They would also like the ability for admins to delete groups without having to "join" them.

"Have set up account" Auto-tag
YouFit wants to identify the list of members who have set up their accounts so they can filter down the members who they know will receive any messaging they want to push out.

multiple Roles should be allowed to import from ABC Fitness Solutions.
Currently the only role in app that can import from ABC is the Admin/owner role. Since many organizations admins work out of a corporate location, there needs to be a way for us to allow other roles (manager specifically) to import from ABC since those operators work at the clubs. In a perfect world, this permission should be a toggle per role.
