Customer Service Email on the APP
The contact email in the APP engagementhelp@abcfitness.com can be confusing to members, quite a few members email into this email to freeze or cancel or dispute payments etc. Can something be added that says: This email is ONLY intended to research, troubleshoot, and escalate app problems that are being presented to members/clients. Do not use this contact for any membership changes or concerns.

Search Tab and Management tools in Groups Section
The Edge Fitness has hundreds of groups being used in their platform. Their leadership team is looking to have a search tab in the groups section to pull up specific groups without having to scroll through the hundreds of Groups. They would also like the ability for admins to delete groups without having to "join" them.

"Have set up account" Auto-tag
YouFit wants to identify the list of members who have set up their accounts so they can filter down the members who they know will receive any messaging they want to push out.

multiple Roles should be allowed to import from ABC Fitness Solutions.
Currently the only role in app that can import from ABC is the Admin/owner role. Since many organizations admins work out of a corporate location, there needs to be a way for us to allow other roles (manager specifically) to import from ABC since those operators work at the clubs. In a perfect world, this permission should be a toggle per role.

"Auto-Renew" toggle webhook
Clubs will receive a notification when a user toggles the "Auto-renew" payment to OFF so that they can attempt to rescue the member before their membership lapses.

Users can request a "freeze" entirely in-app (or on web) without needing to call in or go to the physical gym location.

Family Billing
Turn off the ability to update billing and personal info in the new APP.. Since we don’t handle family memberships that well they won’t want members accessing this info on the app.

Ability to restore deleted body stats.
Add the ability to see and restore deleted data, I accidentally deleted my beginning body stats and I didn’t have it wrote down.

Dunning procedure through Trainerize from ABC Financial integration
Currently with Trainerize Pay there is a Dunnings process for delinquent payments that sends sms messages reminding the user to pay.
It would be nice to have that process in place to send messages through TZ when a client is delinquent in payments from ABC.
