I don’t use MFP, I use MyNetDiary which I find awesome for where in the world I live. But I refuse to add food into multiple apps. Please let us add our macros for the day in if you aren’t going to branch out to other apps.

Amount remaining to eat
I want to see how much food I should be eating if I select the food to be eaten.
For example: I only want to get chicken, broccoli and rice. I would only want to eat two meals a day and want my measurements in grams. The app would tell me that I need 250 grams for lunch and for dinner. Let’s say I decide to eat out at a restaurant for lunch, I would want the app to tell me how much I need to eat for the remainder of the day of my chicken, broccoli and rice to…2 votes -
Organize nutrients in some sort of manner.
Please organize the nutrients in some sort of coherent manner on the food log when creating a new food. They’re not alphabetical. They’re not by macro nutrient (fiber, sugar, added sugar, sugar alcohols aren’t even together??) or maybe how they’re organized on a nutrition label with vitamins etc at the bottom. Right now the app has it in purely thrown-at-the-wall order where it took me so long with the freezer door open getting the package and searching up and down the in app list that my toes are now frozen.

Put the simple foods first.

Being able to edit the portions of the already made recipes
When you put an already made recipe and it has a serving. Being able to edit the serving in case you dont eat it all. You use that meal for a 2 days span.

Customize the Nutrition metrics on main screen
On the main page it shows Calories and Protein at first glance. We should be able to customize based on the clients goals. For example, my clients have a fiber goal every day, I'd like their progress for the day shown on the main page. Or for people that are tracking specific fats/carbs. Or if they are only tracking calories. Allow some customization.

Add the ability to edit set meals.
Please add the ability to edit food in set meals. For example if someone has a chilli con carne on Mondays as part of their programme but they have 120 grams of mince instead of the 150 grams that’s set, it would be great where they could edit those ingredients similar to MyFitnessPal. Or if they have Greek yogurt as their breakfast but randomly had a banana instead of berries that they could edit that once it’s selected.

Change drop bar to a type box for water intake
The drop bar is very clunky, having to scroll down and find your water amount is an awkward user interface. Instead, add a type box so that we can just enter in how much we drank. Maybe add a recent or favorite amounts tab, like what the meal tracker has.

Add an option to display a Net Carbs tracking bar instead of Total Carbs
I would like the ability to switch the carbohydrate tracking bar from Total Carbs to Net Carbs. Many users who follow low-carb or ketogenic diets track net carbs (total carbs minus fiber and sugar alcohols) rather than total carbohydrates. Currently, the progress bar reflects total carbs, which does not accurately represent intake goals for those following net-carb-based plans.

Add a daily alcohol tracker that measures units and calories
Allow user to log and track alcohol consumption ie units and calories and log “drink free days” this should integrate with your overall calorie intake but be tracked separately to food as it’s the u it’s against recommended guidelines that’s important

Connect to Samsung ring for step, activity, and sleep tracking.
I would like to be able to connect the Samsung health app and my Samsung ring to the Fit Responder app. If a fit bit can connect I would think the Samsung stuff would be able to as well.

Allow steps to be manually added with Samsung health
Allow Samsung Health to be able to sync or allow those who have those watches that do not sync the option to manually add steps. It's frustrating when your very goal orientated to not see the steps box on the app when you open it but see everything else.

Manual input of all data
Linking between Trainerize and all other existing fitness apps (stepcounters, workout trackers, calorie counters etc.) will never be possible. Hence, manual input of data collected from other apps ought to be possible here.

Period app syncing
Period Tracking - sync your period tracking app so that you can acknowledge weight fluctuations or differences during different stages of your cycle eg increasing cals during luteal phase or excess water retention during menstruation

Ability to drag food from one meal to another
Would love the ability to drag and drop or move food otems from one meal to another meal as things shift in your plan through out the day instead of deleting the item, now going to menu click on add food and then sesrching for that item.

Rolling 24hr clock
I work the night shift and even though I set the time zone for one 7 hours behind my time zone it's still tracking everything to my time zone a simple feature to be able to adjust the all tracking to accommodate these types of situations would be nice instead of having to try to cram everything all in in just 8 or 9 hours because it all resets at midnight would be nice.
