Timer
I think having a simple built in timer similar to the rest counts would be useful in the exercises which are till failure or for x seconds etc.

Header hard to see
The header is hard to see when navigating through the work out. The light gray background washes out the top where the icons for substituting, menu, timer, adding, done icons are.

Remove animation when completing activity. Allow just simply checking each item.

Set weight for next week
It would be great if I could put in what weight to start with the following week. As sometimes you might hit your benchmark but your form wasn’t good so want to stay on the same weight, or you smashed it and want to go up.

Add another snack or another meal
Trainerize should add a feature that allows participants to add another meal or snack instead of the one post for one category. Most trainers put clients on a meal plan that consists of 5-6 meals

Edit meal photo, description and label
Ability to edit meal entries. Sometimes I forget to set an entry as ‘lunch’ or ‘dinner’ and it defaults to ‘snack’. There is no way to edit an entry which makes it difficult. It would be nice to be able to change the photo or edit the description and label.

Link active workout on both phone and watch
Link active workout on phone and watch. I like to have it open on my phone/iPad but need it going on my watch also so I can start timers and track reps/weight etc.

Different phones have different step counter programs. Mine has Omo but theres no way i can sync the steps with the app. Maybe a way we can

Shouldn’t medications be listed somewhere?
Not sure if it should be under meals or nutrients but I’d think that vitamins and meds are important component of this. Not sure where to add them.

Ability to flag favourite exercises so you don't have to search through entire list when substituting.

Have notes more visible from previous workouts. Example, when using bands - used blue band. Then able to be seen in next workout

Tag comments for later view
In the chat and group chat feature, make it so you can tag a comment for viewing later. People often share products, recipes, Google docs, etc that I have to scroll back to find.

Be able to see how much weight you lift last week(last Friday vs current Friday), then you can get an idea how much weight you can expect to add more resistance on your workout plan.

Add Recovery Activities
Add Recovery activities (stretching, cryo therapy, massage, etc.) to the Activities list so these can be scheduled into days of the week.
