It gives lots of stats on body mass and water, bone mass, etc that could transfer easily to the trainer

sync goals to data
If you have a goal set, to reach a certain weight in an exercise (squat 135). If the app can sync that with data coming from the workout to know today you hit that goal and check it off and notify trainer and client it was reached and not have to do it manually.
This could also be good with weight or circumferences. If the goal is to get to a certain number, whenever the info comes into the app that you reached it automatically check off the goal and notify client and trainer

Fully sync with MFP
When a food is added to MFP then it syncs to the app then when a food is deleted or changed to another amount then it adds it again, currently MFP is showing 895 cals for the day and the app is showing 2950 cals. Asking for a manual sync does not fix this and the food can’t be deleted from the app. It would be good if when syncing it overwrought the current sync or you can manually remove errors.

Add a comment box for general comments and a photo journal of foods and supplements for quick reference and reminder
This is for the apps.There is only a comment box for exercise and for food. I would love to see a general comment box so that I can write things down like what my food triggers were, where my mistakes were, etc. I would also like to see the ability to take photos of your meals that would compile into daily view. Although you already have a portion where you can take pictures of the meal for the purposes of counting calories etc., A one page view of everything you eat that day, Can really put into perspective How you…

Specific Comments
I should be able to comment on a particular exercise when doing a workout, not just on the workout. So say I failed a rep or a certain rep was heavy and my form was lacking, I can comment on that exercise, and similar similar how previous workout reps and weights track across, I could look at previous workout comments too

Ability to track mood, food and jot down thoughts of the day
I’m working with my trainer on my relationship with food. Being an emotional eater has stalled my exercise progress. So it would be helpful to allow a place to track my daily mood as well as generic notes for that day. Possibly linking to My fitness pal or allow for food tracking in the app would be helpful too

Make option for paying your coach for meal plans or training. Allow biweekly or monthly payments to them.

Be able to enter your own steps or sleep cycle info
If you have different apps you can't sync to trainerize, such as sleep data from sleep number, we should be able to enter it in ourselves.

Consistency tracker
Have the option to mark that workout as missed workout & an option to put why you missed the workout. Then at the end of the month you can look at the bigger picture & see how consistent you’re being, or lack there of
