Mobile notifications
The only option for notifications is either off or on, and on is only with emails. Everytime my trainer sends me a message, the only way I know about it is the email notification. Would be a lot better if there was an actual notification like a beep or something (like with any app currently available). Personally, I don't want to receive an email for every message I get on the app.

Workout videos
Can we please have better workout videos?

Set day start and end parameters
For people on third shift they are always going to have to split their goals and macros across two days. Ask the programmers at Finch (self care pet app) how they incorporated the ability to let the user set their day start and end. Rather than having until midnight to accomplish my goals, I can set my day to end at 759am. My goals refresh at 8am. For example. It would make life easier on folks who don't fit the 9-5 cookie cutter

Delete historic items
Would like to be able to delete some items in the history, as they were selected during trials and did not have the exact product manufacturer (and therefore nutritional value) info.

Transferring old workout to next week
When transferring old workout that was completed to a new week give an option to transfer as a new workout. So instead of editing old ones I can just enter new results . Or when creating new workout give an option to go to history and grab from old ones so I don’t have to search or recreate.

switching start date
Being able to adjust your start date, instead of having it done automatically or switching workouts one at a time. Because my rest days would be Tuesday and Wednesday compared to everyone else’s which is generally the weekend.

When adding meals / planning meals ability to see remaining calories and macros for daily goals while reviewing meals being logged on same screen.

Autofill stats bug
This more of a bug fix than feature.
When I start my workout, I select autofill stats since I'll come close to the reps and weights or exceed them so that I don't have to type in a bunch. I love this feature. But if I change any of the stats and then near when my workout is over, I might edit the workout. Maybe to add an exercise or substitute an exercise or shift the order, then the stats go back to the original data wiping out any changes I made.1 vote -

The time between the timed work outs needs to be increased. No one moves that fast!
