Comment section close to the excercise
It’d be nice to be able to add a comment on the specific excercise, instead of having to go back and forth on the chat , I think this way it would clearer and easier to understand for the pt and it would easily avoid misunderstandings

Grocery list needs improvement
Current grocery list is only a list of ingredients alphabetically listed in the tiny portion for one recipe. They need to be synthesized into a real shopping list for the week.
Current meals also basically require me to buy one banana and .75 cup of almond milk. Without knowing what’s coming next. I cannot buy these things in small portions. Meal plans need to be sensible for week to week shopping efficiency.

Allow manual steps entry. I have a step tracker that can't sync with the app
Allow user to type in total steps completed each day. I can only log my steps as walking with a distance under activities but I have agreed a step target with my coach.

Update on the structure and feel of the exercises
I've used this app and another workout app which has a snippet of the movement as a follow along with the timer. It's a more automatic process than watching a video and manually starting the timer. The videos here are great because they're well explained, but if this could be explained while the timer is counting down for example, for those who have watched the videos a million times before :) to remember the small corrections. Also a feature to see which muscles are being exercised/stretched

Apple app stability improvement
The Trainerize app overall needs significant improvement to its stability. In iOS- both the app and the Apple Watch app - far too frequently stopped tracking, freeze, or force quit on its own. Every 3rd or 4th workout it’s crapping out. issue. Rather than adding new features, really wish the team would focus on core function (workout tracking, HR/BPM, etc) operability and stability.

Allow a workout to be copied
Be able to save a workout I created and then copied to another day. For example, if I like a workout and want to do it 2-3x per week, I should be able to simply paste a workout from a previous day.

Health connect
Add access to Android health connect app so that any service connected to health connect can sync to trainerize. This way we don't have to wait for you to integrate every service (Samsung health, etc).

Meal picture tracker
The right side of the screen (+) is all I'm using right now and still don't know everything about the app.
But food for thought wouldn't it be easier to take a picture of your meal and then have little icons "Protein" (grams, Oz, handful size/ estimate, etc), "Sugar" (grams and it's OK to leave blank if there's no label), "calories", "veggies", "ProteinType", so on and so on... I really like the quick take a picture and look back on my food chooses with a visual but I really wish there was a system that allows you to check off…

Adding your own meals to meal planner
You have the option to create your own meals but when planning your meals you can’t add these to the planner part, it only lets you add it onto the day which you can’t see until you find the date in the calendar

Sleep time
Let users edit sleep time. I add my sleep times manually because I don't use any of the wearable compatible with the app and sometimes it gets inputed incorrectly and I can't edit it and I can't put in new data for the previous day

My progress
Have the stats on My Progress be accurate for the day selected at the top of the screen. When I scroll back through the week it only shows todays stats. Would like to see the stats for that day. What were my steps, calories in, calories burned, etc

Make it so Workout of The Day can be added into the program to do again and track performance increases just like the workouts the trainers add

Trainerise could try reading and responding to suggestions instead of combining them.

Customize for alt vs single leg
It would be nice for my trainer to be able to customize exercises more. For example, alternate lunges vs all one leg but be able to note that in the weight/reps. It is hard to look back on my previous sets/progress not knowing if that was alternate or single leg.

I would like to see information of previous fitness tests
I did a push-up test every 12 weeks with my trainer, but I can't see past results. I also did a step test but I can't see previous step test results either. I wish there was a way to see these and trend of them

Overwritable note field for each exercise set
Field to make notes related to each exercise IE “Used wrist straps”, “too light/ heavy”, ETC that will be available until overwritten
