Ability to quickly call up exercises used in previous workouts
When building an on the fly workout I'd like to be able to see all of the exercises I've done in previous workouts without having to search through every exercise.

Add own exercises!
Be able to add own exercises. for example when using a different gym and the equipment is of a different brand, the weight lifted is different in some cases and this causes issues with tracking progress

Looking at how to do a new exercise should be pics. Not a video
When faced with a movement name I'm unfamiliar with, I'm forced to skip around in a video to learn which machine to use. It's frustrating to wait for the video to load when this could very easily be pictures with optional video

Workout substitutions should stick on my schedule.
Im only in week 2 but my gym lacks certain equipment. 2nd week when i got to the same workout my substitutions were gone. Kind of a pita to

Do a full redesign
Remove open text fields for inputting numbers for weights - so many better ways to improve on this.
Don’t make me scroll to the bottom of the app to go through substitute exercises, only to have to go back to the top and search for that exercise so I can substitute it.
Here’s a small one. Make the ‘x’ that appears to clear the the text field of a search box appear as soon as I click on the box. I don’t want to I’ve to delete a letter so I can select the ‘x’ to clear the text.

Need a reminder to save workout if it’s been more than 2 hours!
Sometimes I forget to save a workout because I move on to something after and won’t see it till the next day.

Pause workout to look at tomorrows workouts and other workouts for today etc.
When I’m resting inbetween sets during my workout I would love to be able to keep all my inputs in my current workout but be able to look at tomorrows workouts or other stuff in the app then come right back to where I left off in my current workout

Take meal nutrition info from users.
Create a way to crowd source nutritional info from users. I use hello fresh and eat out a lot and sometimes can't find the food. Maybe create a way where users can add nutrition info and submit it to be reviewed for accuracy and then added to the data base.

Be able to restart workouts from phase 1 if you had to be away for a while
My workouts say I’m in phase 13, but I just got out of the hospital. I would like to start from phase 1 and have to wait for my trainer to fix it. It would be nice to be able to reset it myself if needed.

don't allow exceeding word count to delete thought
PTSD trauma and it's really hard for me to communicate while I'm doing that I see the word count and then anything I was saying has been deleted

Change the font on your digits/numbers!!
Change the font on your digits/numbers!! They are so deciving, they do not line up at all to the day below, which make them entirely inaccurate, it should not require in-depth focus on the numbers to see that the longer one has less digits then the smaller one eg. 9550 is as long as 10513. Frankly it's just bad design. I am a client of a PT on your app and not impressed.

Edit/add meals to previous days
I often work overnight and not having the ability to edit or add meals to the previous day means that I often am missing a meal on my schedule daily. For those of us with night jobs this would make the app useable.

Multiple programs
Allow multiple programs at once; for example, assign a weight training program for the “usual” workout, but also give a Bodyweight program for working out while traveling/at-home.

More video workouts and time between sets
Would love videos for all workouts and a little time (10sec) between sets to swap out weights and or to record weights and reps right in the app after each set
