We are continually updating your fitness app with new features based on your feedback. Please add a new idea, or vote on an existing idea. This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  1. A water tracker and a weight training option for activity tracking

    In the app we should be able to track water. Also a weight training option for activity would be great as well.

  2. Ingredient measuring unit consistency

    Use the same unit of measure and description for the same ingredient across recipes. If Egg Whites are used, don’t say “4 egg whites” in one recipe and then “1.5 CUPS egg whites” in another recipe. The same thing for Spinach. In one recipe you’ll see it measured in oz but then in the next it’s in cups.

  3. Integrate calorie tracker

    At the firehouse, there is always cooking done for the crew, so I find myself cherry picking different meats and veggies from what is made. That means I’m not doing the exact meals on the plan, and so I’ve been inputting them into a calorie tracker app. I use “Lose It!”

    It would be great to integrate this into the Fit Responder app so my coach can see exactly what I’m doing and be able to guide me from there.

  7. Highlight the set/ rep once it's completed

    Highlighting the exercise set once it's completed, makes it easier to keep track of which set your up to.

  10. Daily or weekly goals

    Section for daily or weekly goals what can be ticked off. I find this will provide motivation as I’m looking at the app daily and hold me more accountable to those. Coach can also keep track of those.

  11. Option to log emotions or write notes at the time of eating and/or training

    I think it would be amazing to have the option to identify emotions and/or a place to write notes about what deterred me from my healthy eating habits or why I didn't workout as planned. For example: I was feeling stressed out from work; I had an argument with my significant other; a close friend/family member passed away; I got married; I lost my job; I got divorced; I'm overtired; at a holiday party and my self-restraint was gone; I felt depressed or lonely; and any other life factors that impact healthy eating, motivation, and focus.   14. More vegan options in meal suggestions.

    Currently, I believe my profile is set up to have restrictions and it is still showing burgers as an option. I would love to see more high protein, vegan options as meal suggestions on this app.

  15. Voice to text not working

    Love that you have this option as I am often texting my trainer on the go, but after I voice over and the press the microphone to stop and the text disappears. Maybe just a bug, not a new feature??

  16. Repeat prior set number of reps/weight

    I’ll often do the same reps and weight in subsequent sets (eg 10 reps @ 50 lbs). It would make data entry faster if I could just copy numbers from the last set of the same exercise I did.

  17. Comment section under meals in planner

    I have found a recipe that I made according to the recipe and it looked nothing like the picture. The ratios or one of the ingredients is wrong and the result was inedible. I would have been better off to eat the ingredients on their own. A comment section below the meal would allow for feedback or to advise of possible errors.

  18. Be able to commect wirh Wahoo Fitness.

    I use a Wahoo bike activity tracker on my bike and it does not sync with the app. So then I have to hand type it in to Garmin connect to get it to sync up to the app. It would be great if this could just be added to one of the things that sync.

  20. Better functionality with uploading videos

    Currently can't uploading videos iver 1 minute and they often glitch or don't upload properly. I have to use alternate methods to get these to my trainer. This seems ridiculous given the nature of the app
