Alternative/optional/extra credit workouts

Add a set of exercises to a daily exercise
At the end of some daily exercises there is an ab routine. I’d like to be able to add the ab routine at the end of other excercises too. Perhaps make a group of exercises that could be added into the day when in edit mode.

Add the ability to copy exercises when doing circuit workouts
When creating a circuit workout with repeating exercises, I would like to be able to copy & paste those exercises to repeat “x” number of times. Or have a featude that allows us to insert how many times the client is to repeat those exercises.

Have a quick access skip-to-exercise option on the edit page so I can quickly skip to exercises I’m entering info for
Instead of scrolling through all my exercises to find which one I need, or scrolling through set after set of already entered weights and sets, give me an option to click on a sidebar exercise routine and skip to that in my daily plan.

I would like to close out or a running or walking program and not have it pause. I would like more integration with fitbit and my fitness p
I would like to build out running and walking rpograms that sync with my fitbit. when using the program I amwould like to tun my phone off and the app not pause. Also I would like to see my stats from my fitbit about my workout. also I would like more options of activity like circuit training and yoga

Sinc with Bluetooth equipment like treadmills.
It would be great if the app could sinc with my treadmill to record my cardio progress so my trainer can see.

Add a feed page
Just like the home page on instagram, I think you should add a page to the app where people who do these challenges can post their before/after transformations as well as speak to each other regarding our journey through this challenge. You don’t necessarily have to add a ‘follow’ feature but I think it’d be good seeing as we’re all on this app for similar reasons(lose weight, gain muscle, get fit, etc.) I think it’d be beneficial to everyone to see people’s progress so that new participants can feel like they too can accomplish results. Warmup
Would like to have wasprmup sessions and cool down sessions in each routine. Even if it just auto filled the first and last excercises in a routine as warmup, then cool down and stretch. I keep forgetting to do the warmups before I start. And I always forget to stretch at end.

Personal best indicator only in the first save
Suppose I have 5 exercise in a workout. I completed first exercise and save it. If I have the personal best the app currently tell me about this. Now in the next exercise type if I have the personal best again then the app doesn't show me for the second exercise .
Means personal best only available in first save . Not available on the next saves.6 votes -
Have more than one daily goal option.
I enjoy having 2 different daily goal options but having more would be nice.
