Ability to access app during an exercise without losing data
During a workout, sometimes I want to access other features in the app during rest periods but can’t leave the workout screen without having to mark my workout as completed

Split a set
If you want to get your 10 reps but start too heavy or fatigue, it'd be good too be able to split that set, eg 6 reps at 10kg, 2 at 8kg, 2 at 6kg. At the minute, from what I've seen you can only add and entirely new set at the bottom of the whole session

Better work out interface
A new user screen. I use my app in a mobile phone in the gym. I would like one page for an exercise and the related sets that shows me exactly what I did last time. With the option to copy weight and reps across and modify or copy from set one to two and three etc. I use it whilst doing the exercise in the gym and like all most everyone Over 40 I am slightly long sighted - I need to be able to see sets/reps in screen without glasses. When I’m in the middle of a workout, sometimes I need to look back previous workouts but I can’t do that without loosing the filled in data.
It would be useful to see history of similar exercises. For example I get a new workout from my tutor but it’s for the same muscle group as the previous one. It would be great if I could look back the old one, so I can guess the weights for the new one. In case they have a different name it won’t be displayed and I have to close the ongoing workout losing data of sets snd reps.

Spin class
Virtual spin class offered any/every weekday at 9:45 or 10? I can’t make the super early ones and hardly ever see anyone scheduled for the noon ones. Childcare ends at noon so I can’t attend that one. I used to just ask the desk to play one if the room wasn’t being used, but I guess you can’t do that anymore.

Sync Fix for App Data
The polling from Trainerize to the FitBit app for sleep is incorrect. The sleep reported from Trainerize is different (higher) than what FitBit is reporting. It's appears to be scaled or it's returning the decimal value of the minutes and not the actual minutes. I.e. 30 minutes = 0.5. So 6 hours & 30 minutes of sleep in FitBit is being translated to 6.50 and labeled as 6 hours 50 minutes. Or you know it could also be something else....

Link the app with discovery vitality
Link the app to sync with discovery vitality. Currently if you just start the workout and the app is linked to your watch, it does not reflect on vitality so you loose on vitality points

More suggestions for exercises to enter in the app
Body stats - ability to compare or view previous entries to see changes, and change incorrectly entered stats.

Auto play option for videos
When starting a workout or a circuit, allow for the example video to run while the user is working through the exercise. This will allow them to reference form while actually doing the exercise. Having to pause to check the video in the middle of a workout is not productive and annoying.

I want to see a list of classes only in my area
Be able to narrow down the area for classes. Right now it’s too hard to find one because all the gyms are listed

Be able to see calories burned when doing weights.
Calories burned for weight training days so it will help us track our daily caloric intake and properly calculate keeping with in our caloric range when tracking food.

Gold’s Gym App: List Personel Trainers at My Gym Location
On the golds gym application please incorporate the app to have a list of all the personal trainers at each gym location. That way when you allow your app to be able to book personal training appointments a list will show for everybody of the personal trainers. The LA fitness app incorporated this on their app and it’s very useful!

DigiFit iCardio allows for custom HR training zones which can be based on VO2 testing. Much more accurate calorie expend and intensity measures

Don’t do the same warm up everyday, put a timer we can see and put better music
I corporate a digital time we can see and keep up with. It motivates some of us to push harder

Enable an auto tabata sequence function
I would love a function where I can turn a workout into a timer and sequenced automatic tabata flow including feet periods.
