In app food tracking/workout not existing in app
It would be nice to have it all in one app, not have to track food in my fitness pal then go check macros in trainerize cause the free mfp doesn’t show macros/goals with macros. Additionally, I may do workouts different than suggested in app but I want to add my own workouts (like my peloton rides).

Note section for clients in workouts
Adding a note section for the client to make a note to each set of their workout. There have been many times that I, as a client, have needed to add a note like what gym I was at, if I used a spotter, settings on equipment, if I had to modify, if I felt pain, etc.

Create a comment section for the day. Let ur trainer kno how u r feeling, if u slept well, ur general feeling as u approach the day or ur training. I would like to use the app to treat my whole person and a diary of wellness is important

Connect to heart rate monitor/chest strap.
Connect to lifetime heart rate monitor/chest strap with stats from the other lifetime app so it’s all in one place. And I don’t have to start 2 apps.

I’d like to carry over weight and reps from previous workout.
I have to leave my current workout and go back to previous workout to remember weight or reps of what I did and then when I come back to current all data is deleted. It’s frustrating

The more trackers you can link the easier it is to use. For example, I wear a Bellabeat leaf, but there's no way for me to bn integrate the things it tracks like activity, sleep, or cycle information.

Ability to personally manually add additional workouts to my days!
It would be such a beneficial feature to allow the user to manually add workouts to our days. (Example: cardio, yoga, hiking, rollerblading, weight lifting, Pilates, HIIT, Tabata, create your own additional workout, etc,) Rather than only being able to complete scheduled workouts. This way my trainer can have complete & accurate information on my fitness and workouts. Please!! :)

Alternate workouts for individuals that may have a impairment ex: knee surgery; shoulder surgery and don't have dexterity to do exercises. Ability to put those exercises in.

Difficulty input for each exercise
Add a difficulty input for each exercise instead of just the whole workout at the end. This way if one of then exercisesnis too easy or hard it can be adjusted to ensure the best workout experience.
