A way to download all my data for future use
I’m about to lose all my data because I’m no longer going to the school that was linked to my account. I’d like to keep my data so that I can see my progress once I find another coach but it’ll have to start afresh. If there was a way to download and transfer the data, that would be great

Less clicks to scan foods
Currently i have to click several time before i can add scan something. It would be nice if there were a short cut to add food that we can scan to save time.

App needs to solve for glitchy performance
Have now used this app on both iPhone and brand new android devices. App is clunky and glitchy. Requires multiple pushes for rest period timers to actually engage. Slow navigating between screens. Remove character restrictions on workout comments. Incorporate more emojis into messaging feature. Allow GIF content in messaging feature..it's 2023, not 2017.

Revamp meal tracker completely or connect to other meal tracking apps
Make photo the last thing you add. Begging with selecting which meal to log. Allow more than one “meal” to be logged for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Enhance the search feature to include popular restaurant meals, it should at the very minimum get the “Life Cafe” meals correct, which it doesn’t ( southwest breakfast burrito has no nutrients entered and incorrect calories). Allow you to scroll left and right to look at previous days and current, and make edits. This app is too clunky and inflexible to meet its use properly. If these items cannot be addressed, at least allow…

Ability to restart my program or select a new one
At the end of six weeks, have the ability to automatically load the program again if one wishes to continue the exercises.

calories surplus/deficits graphed
It would be great if there was a feature that overlayed calories intake vs calories burned. Similar to calories total vs active is graphed on a dot plot. The purpose being to show deficit or surplus calories. Extra points if you could graph weight vs deficit/surplus calories.
Also please start your graphs at 0….on the x y intercept

Make it easier to review the macros for a single food after adding it to your meal plan.
Once I’ve added the food to my meal tracker, in order to go back and see the macros for a single food, I have to add another meal to get to the database where I can click on that food and see the macros. It’d be great if I could go back and look at lunch yesterday, and check one of the foods I entered to see what the protein was, for example.

upload photo from phone with auto use of date and time stamp
In the meal section- If trainerize could use the date and time stamp on our photos automatically to upload photos into the right date and time. Otherwise, taking a quick photo outside if the app when you don’t have time to open it on the go becomes a chore later to try to load it in

Ability to find meals with certain ingredients.
I like mushrooms. There's no quick way to filter out recipes with portobello mushrooms. Please add mushrooms as ingredients for recipes & meals

Fitbit
Allow the food posted in fitbit transfer over. To make this easier trying to be accountable for food is difficult. I figure out how to take pictures of my food, I have been shown via messaging

It should be optional to save specific or favorite moves to add to workouts.
It would be nice to save workouts or favorite moves so you don’t have to search every time.

Food tracking day before
We should be able to track our meals in the app for a future date. One of the key things I suggest to my clients is planning out their meals the day before so they can plan. Please change this.

Weightlifting under activity choices
Add traditional weightlifting as a choice under activity tracker for days when I’m lifting but not doing a prescheduled workout
