Do not start workout in Apple Watch when starting workout in Trainerize.
When I begin a workout via the app (start now), it ends my workout in my Apple Watch. This is a problem because through the app, my watch doesn’t read my heart rate so data is entirely inaccurate. I’d prefer to start my workout on my watch separately than the app and then just have that workout data synced after the WO has been completed.

Possibility to track outdoor run distances, or Indoor run distances (treadmill) along with their times and paces.
Similar to “map my run” or “Nike run app”, allow us to click “start” when beginning a run, and this app track our stats such as distance, pace, time, etc. This would be for both indoor runs on a treadmill or outdoor runs.

The Weight Watchers scales is great for reading, weight, fat, water, bone d, muscle & BMI. It uploads to my WW app on my phone but information does not link to this app.

Allow user to create, name, and copy/repeat a free style workout
I have to recreate my workouts each day. It would be nice to be able to create, name, and copy freestyle work-ours and then modify the copy slightly.

More flexibility on weight units
You should be able to chose what units for each specific part of the app - in the uk we use stones and pounds for body weight but all the equipment at the gym is kg. Being able to do weight is stones and pounds and then logging workouts in kg would make life so much easier instead of having to convert everything before entering into the app.

Make qardio
Sync with qardio scales and bp monitors. They have an app for their equipment but can't transfer data currently to the trainerize app
