Make the APP update-able.
The gym had to change my trainer and schedule because there wasn’t enough space for other people. My schedule and trainer were changed. And the training schedule was changed without me knowing. Can the APP be updated so the new trainer can communicate and update the training schedule and plan?

Edit Calendar
My trainer uploads my workouts in the app, but if i can't workout that day and need to delay my workouts by a day or 2 I need to move all workouts individually which takes a ridiculous amount of time.

Integrate running intervals as prescribed by trainer ans track data.

add to the app an area where you could see how busy the gym is at the time you want to go
So say someone doesn’t like to come workout when it’s too crowded. a place on the app to check to see exactly how busy the gym is at that time.

Show as active calories on Apple Watch instead of in km
When looking at the Apple fitness app, it will say “cross training 0.33km”. Instead it should just say “cross training 100 active calories burned”. 0.33km is not a proper way to measure the workout. The app needs to be able to sync with Apple fitness

Add weekly averages for things like body weight and steps
I track weekly averages of my weight and steps and it would be nice to have the option to select date ranges and automatically see averages.

Service Refresh
When a user (on main screen) pulls down to refresh data, the app should synchronize with all connected services (such as MyFitnessPal, Apple Health, etc) for newer available data and metrics for a more informed and accurate data graph with latest values.
Currently the user has to do this manually.
By going through:
Settings>Connected service>Pressing “Sync now”Automatic sync is available but happens once a week of once in a day.
