Be able to do more than one exercise program at a time
I wanted to join the 30 day training program in the app as well as the Pilates program, but the app only allows you to do one at a time. If I want to fo Pilates I would have to exit out of the current one I'm doing and change to Pilates all together. It would be nice to have the option of choosing more than one program at a time. I do this at the gym, but now that we're stuck at home I'm unable to incorporate all the exercises I love to do regularly.

Keep past tracking info the same
I would like that even though our numbers are updated weekly, that our past macros stay put so it still shows us as being on track in past weeks if we want to go back and look.

Put in timer beside exercises that you do for a specific period of time. Ex. 1 min plank or 30 sec high knees.
Add the rest time beside these exercises so you dont have to change it in the settings for every exercise. It makes circuits much easier.

Post a full body weight workout like the yoga or bar classes. It’s great to follow along, you feel less alone. We need motivation so yell out the reps!

Show the RPE history along with weight and reps for each exercise
Varying weights and intensity is easier with the knowledge of your last RPEs for each previous weight/reps combination.

Provide suggested exercises for a custom workout
When creating a new workout, you have to individually select an exercise. There are so many to choose from. You should be able to select from categories such as strength, cardio, core, etc., or build bases on type of exercise. For example, I would like to build a program with squats, lunges, hinges, etc. I have to search for each one. There should be preset programs with these basic exercises.

On the radial buttons for each days task, please let me hit the button and not have to go to another screen to say I done it.
I check the button and then it goes to another screen to say I’ve done the task. I want to just hit the button once on the dashboard/home screen.

Allow the app to operate in the background
Allow the app to keep tracking or operating while the phone screen is off, locked, or another app is up. It’s annoying to have to keep the app or screen on just to allow the workout to continue and not pause
