Sync to Apple Watch and give at home workout alternative options. Not all are able to get to the gym everyday.

Sprint tracking
When entering sprints. Have the option to enter mph and just time. So for 7.0 mph sprint. I have to enter in 7m 0sec. Not accurate.

Workout alternates within the the workout for specific movements
Providing alternates right next to the original lift..here’s what we want but if you don’t have cable machines try this, if you only have a resistance band try this & then we know exactly what modifications we can make without having to ask

Adjustable Timer, Pause Button and Notes
Adjustable timers for workouts that require intervals but don’t have the timer set, ie the default timer is usually like 60 seconds. Would be nice to have more functionality with the timer
Pause button so if you’re doing a circuit and need to reference the video, you can without having to end or save your workout and start over.
Notes for each lift, let’s say a machine is different, or you hurt yourself and did less that day. Would be helpful for reference for future workouts. Great example would be tricep pulldowns and how some machines have a double pulley…

Data collection relevant to machine
Make the data collection relevant to the machine. For example, number of steps for Stairclimbers instead of miles. It’s confusing.

I would love to look at a video for HITT instead of clips because I sometimes forget how to do the exercise based on just the name of the workout

Save workouts for later reference/make it easier to look back at history
Make it easier to look back at workouts so I can reference previous weights for an exercise I haven’t done in a long time or to give me exercise ideas if I need them (“I want to repeat X workout from last March”). Maybe via a “History” or “Previous Workout Plans” section, where you could archive a plan along with your top weights/reps?

Add aerobics and hiking under the cardio options. Add barre under the workout option.

Get rid of the graph for weight lifting
I don't use the app for cardio since I have a walking job. If there was a way to turn off that feature when not needed. Maybe put the previous workouts or the best.
