suggestions for workout
When you check in or track your workout in the beginning, suggest what we should train! E.g. You trained legs today, try training back! Or you trained back 2x last week but not chest. You haven't done cardio... ever... let's do that!

Be able to split the weight in a set (ex: if you had to decrease your weight during a set of 12)
Show that you went up or down in weight in the same set

Warmup weight calculator
My workouts always begin with 3 warmup sets set #1 very light #2 10 reps at 50% of workout weight and #3 4 reps at 70% weight. It would be nice if this math was already done for you

Challenge
Add a catergory into the menu called challenge. Allow anyone to set a challenge that any client on Trainerize can join and win. A challenge could be a simple as running 5km this week to more complex such as setting up an obstacle course that people could pay to join and compete

Add a featuws you to enter notes per rep within a training plan
Whilst you can add notes to the overall training plan it would be more useful to add notes per rep. E.g training plan consists of three pairs of exercises (barbell deadlifts & military press, rack pulls & incline dumbbell press and bench barbell bridges & dumbbell bench press) with each pair consisting of four rounds, 12 reps per round. It would be really helpful to be able to add notes to each round to detail how easy/hard each round was, whether the last round of reps required spotting, failure occurred, were weights dropped etc rather than at an overall training…

Provide alternate exercises when searching to substitute exercises
Provide alternative exercise options in cases where specific machines are not available to clients (i.e., my gym does not have a standing calf raise machine so I use a seated machine)
Right now it shows the entire list of exercises. It should only narrow down to the ones that are similar.

Being able to mute the chat
Even when my phone is muted the chat still makes a noise when I posteoporosis responses

Enable the user the ability to indicate a drop in weight mid-reps for one exercise
If someone has one exercise in which they do 6 reps at 20lbs, and then 4 reps at 15lbs, they should be able to indicate that.

Voice instructions for the next exercise
Have narrator read out the next exercise rather then just putting it on the screen so we can go in to it quickly rather then having to look at the screen

make it possible to rearrange
It would be great if I could rearrange exercises once selected, instead of having to add in the order completed. Perhaps a click and hold, drag and drop idea.

Allow Moving Exercises Up and Down The List In Custom Workout Mode
If you select an exercise first by mistake, it will allow for refurbishing the list in the correct order without having to re-enter the whole workout

Add rests between sets of an exercise
We can add rest time between exercises in plan but not between sets of an exercise.
Alternatively, add rest time to exercise setup not as separate items on plans. It would look cleaner.
