We are continually updating your fitness app with new features based on your feedback. Please add a new idea, or vote on an existing idea. This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  1. Add a timer to the timed circuit exercises.

    For the timed exercises in the circuit training workouts, add a timer you can just click to avoid open ending the clock app and having to toggle back and forth.

  2. Break out the fruits and veggies so that people can count the number of either everyday.

    Have icons for fruits and veggies so someone can just click on an icon and know that they have eaten a fruit or veggie that day. At a recommended 5 a day, it can be easy to lose track.

  3. Add meditation, so that you have it within exercise regime instead of having to find it somewhere else

    It would be good to have everything together within one place instead of having to find on another platform .

  4. Be able to enter your own exercises if they are not on

  6. Take out the zero in the text fields

    Make it easier to type in the text fields. The preset to 0 for cardio activities makes it difficult to
    Enter numbers and takes multiple tapping attempts.

  7. Continuous timer

    Set a feature that counts down for you automatically without you having to touch the phone. One that includes working time, rest time, rest between sets, etc.

  8. Add calories in for calories burned like my fitness pal does.

    This feature doesn't sync from my fitness pal.
    Allow synchronization AND add it as a stand alone feature of trainerize.

  9. Issue: IPhone iOS 14.2, Watch Series 3 WatchOS 7.1

    Feedback: Issue with Apple Watch 3: if you begin activity from the app on iPhone it auto starts on the watch, there is no option to end the workout on the watch. Even when you end the workout on the phone, the watch continues on timer. Have to force restart watch to force end the watch app.

  10. iOS widget

    With release of iOS 14, a home screen widget that allows you to check your goals for the day and launch a workout which can be guided through the widget is entirely possible. It'd be great to have either the goals tracking or the workout guide and even better to have both in one widget.

  13. I would like to know which muscles each exercise is focused on. I think that helps me with my form.

    For example, on the lines, which muscles should I be focusing on. Clearly it works several muscles in the legs but which are the target muscles.

  16. Ability to track sleep quality and the factors that affect it

    Create a scale in which users are able to rate their sweet quality, then have a section including all the factors which could affect sleep quality.
    IE: how close to bed time was your last meal, how much screen time did you have in the evening, how much caffeine throughout the day and how late, did you wake up a lot throughout the night, etc

  17. Review workout before scheduling

    Have an option to review what’s included in a workout before scheduling. Now, you have to add a workout to see what all it includes and then if you don’t want to do it you have to go in and delete it. Sometimes I want to look at a couple of options before choosing.

  19. Annotated, auto-played videos

    Videos should show someone performing the exercise, with a voiceover describing the movements. The current format is slow and you have to listen before watching the workout be performed. See Future.Fit videos of you want to see a great user experience here.

  20. Start workout in website

    You can start the workouts and have them play through in the app but not on the website when you are looking at the workout on your laptop. It would be nice to run through the workout on my computer instead of always having to do that on my phone
