I would like a “my progress” scale to measure Strength gains (increase in weights)
I would like the option to see my strength gains (or losses) on a scale (I.e. squat, bench, and deadlift). It’s a helpful measurement to assess if my bodybuilding cut is too aggressive or if I need to plan a deload or refers, etc.

I think it should have its own nutritional tracker or pull in all the info from MFP

Store reps/weights stats by exercise, not by workout, so exercises used in several workouts report your most current goal

Motivation: A graph view to show progress over time on exercises to show progression. Also a Monthly calendar view to show how many days you successfully worked out. Is satisfying to see.

For exercises that accept a minutes/seconds value, add a stopwatch directly at the exercise, which stores the time of the exercise.
For exercises that accept a minutes/seconds value, one must enter the time manually in the app. E.g. using the stopwatch at the top button bar.
Better: add a stopwatch directly at the exercise, which stores the time directly in the time field of the exercise.

Large font option
It would be nice if the exercise tracking sections, and maybe all sections, have the option for larger print. I would love to be able to use this app without my reading glasses.

Emergency contact
Having an easily update friendly emergency contact section is a necessity. Especially necessary when considering the intensity of a workout & the potential for people to overexert themselves or injured themselves.
The accessibility required for the gym in case of emergency is undeniably necessary.

Eliminate useless clicks and animations
Why do I have to click several times to enter my weight, or hit add, save, review and log to enter a food. This is nuts! If I find a food, I should be able to hit “add”, which automatically takes me to a review screen, where I can edit food quantity etc, then “log”. Two clicks. And silly high fives animations after a workout etc. I’m not on this app to click buttons and wait for animations.

Food sources for detail nutrient summary
It's great you can see a summary of total nutrients under the DETAILS tab. It would be nice to click on an individual nutrient, and see a list of the source foods, in decending order of nutritional value. For example, I may have 25g of fiber, and now I could see what food gave me the biggest bang for the buck with having to review each food item.

Create a seperate app for a coach
There is a seperate app for a coach to use to communicate with the client so that we don’t have to log in and out when we use the app as a client as well. And having it more user friendly

I'm in your app yet you want more of my information from Google or Facebook why so you could track my info you shouldn't need that pay more attention to the suggestions

All access, this app, website for mobility solutions prescription and messaging on one platform
To learn how to use this app, messaging on whats app, and website mobility solutions/prescription/progress tracking scorecard on 3 different platforms is extremely frustrating and time consuming. I want to be able to go right to working out, not spend an hour or more looking down at a screen trying to figure out how to access my prescriptions, exercise videos, communicate, etc.

Meal preps
I batch cook alot. When I list the ingredients and add the meal to favourites I can't divide the portion sizes any smaller than the full ingredients list. For example I'll make a homemade soup it makes 6-8 portions. Once I've listed everything that goes into it im showing 2000cal when really I'm only eating 1/6 of that. Please add a feature to divide favourites meals into smaller portions ie 1/6th of said meal.

Turn off video autoplay
During the timed HIITs, the demonstration videos automatically play when it switches to a new exercise. This interrupts the timing and music. Please turn that off or make it optional.

Ability to add or remove the ‘Snack’ category.
We sometimes make snacks that we eat for the whole week. I would like to be able to remove the snack listing from the daily menu planner as it populates those foods on the grocery list. I can’t tell from the grocery list which foods are for the snacks and which are for the breakfast lunch and dinner meals. It is not possible for us to make four meals a day. Therefore, we need the ability to just shop for three meals from this meal planner.
