Be able to see the macros/nutritional value for each individual food item

Be able to edit workouts or substitute exercises without “starting” the workout
Is nice to be able to plan your routine\workout the night before but to do that you have to start the workout (which starts timing) to be able to edit it e.g add remove exercises- then the document time it took to do the routine is wrong

I would love the option to plan at least a full week ahead of time. Being able to meal prep the week on my sunday is important to me and saves my falling off the wagon mid week353 votes

Make inputting meals easier. Takes too long and pulls random items when i input an item. Super time consuming.

Recipe builder - able to add my own recipe and set servings
It would be nice to build and save a recipe in the app, where we add in individual ingredients and set the amount of servings and have the app calculate macros for each serving. Then we can add a serving of that recipe into a meal when needed.559 votes
Ability to add comment/note per exercise on machine setting/band color etc.
Keep a historical list of comments that I’ve made on each workout, so that I can reference them when I do the workout again. Often I make comments about which machine at my gym I’m using, the color/strength band I’m using, if a weight I used was too heavy or too light, etc etc. and it would be helpful to be able to remember and refer to these things when I do the workout again that way I can be consistent or can adjust accordingly.823 votes
Video loop while doing exercises
During the timed exercises, the screen would display a muted version of the demonstration video as we do the exercise. This allows the client to focus more on the exercise instead of pausing the timer to click on the video to remember how to perform each movement,824 votes
Ability to pause workouts on the mobile app
Like on an Apple Watch when you do any workout you can hit “pause” temporarily. Like say you forgot something in your car and need to run back out. You can hit “pause” vs keeping the workout going or starting it over. Or sometimes when I’m doing cardio outside I see people I know and talk to them briefly it would be nice to hit “pause” and then resume when I’m done.744 votes

A dashboard feature that lets you set a desired weight goal and shows your progress towards that goal as you update your body stats. (If this is already a feature then make it easier to use because I haven’t been able to find the “set goal” area of the app)765 votes
Sort Recent Foods by Most Recent
There appears to be no rhyme or reason to the sort order of “Recent Foods”. If it could sort by “most recently selected”, that would make it MUCH easier to add things that I ate recently (I tend to eat the same or similar things based on my grocery trips). I do have foods saved as favorite, and I use the meal copy and then adjust when I have recipes, so I can manage, but this seems like a logical and quick fix, and I don’t want to have 100 items in favorites just to try to find them again.185 votes
Make it so we can copy and paste a workout we have already done to a future day
Say on Tuesday I did a upper body work out that I really liked and wanted to do it again on Sunday, it would be much quicker to be able to copy the workout to another day - at the moment I believe you can only move it completely.611 votes
If the meal makes more than 1 serving, give me the breakdown of what 1 serving looks like- weight or something. It’s hard if it makes 6 servings but i have to guess on what 1 is. I can’t be sure if I’m eating more/less than I’m logging. Hope that makes sense.64 votes
Choose the equipment for workout
It would be really effective if a particular workout plan enables us to choose from different equipments that could be used for the same. For example, how a particular move or exercise could be done with kettlebell/barbell/dumbbell etc., In that way people can always choose from what they have at home / gym.459 votes
