We are continually updating your fitness app with new features based on your feedback. Please add a new idea, or vote on an existing idea. This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  1. Service Refresh

    When a user (on main screen) pulls down to refresh data, the app should synchronize with all connected services (such as MyFitnessPal, Apple Health, etc) for newer available data and metrics for a more informed and accurate data graph with latest values.

    Currently the user has to do this manually.
    By going through:
    Settings>Connected service>Pressing “Sync now”

    Automatic sync is available but happens once a week of once in a day.

  3. add Food tracking capabilities

    Rather than integrating with FitBit, bring that function into the app by integrating with a food database.

  4. Ability to enter weight & reps even on timed workouts

    Yes you can add weights and reps on all non-timed workouts but its annoying to have to write down all my reps and weights on an EMOM style workout and then add them all in at the end of the workout. I'll never remember all my reps and weights without writing them down somewhere.

  5. Ability to track mood, food and jot down thoughts of the day

    I’m working with my trainer on my relationship with food. Being an emotional eater has stalled my exercise progress. So it would be helpful to allow a place to track my daily mood as well as generic notes for that day. Possibly linking to My fitness pal or allow for food tracking in the app would be helpful too

  6. Add time between workouts to change position

    Automatically add [custom] time between all workouts to change positions (so the athlete can move from abs to squat, etc) and not lose time.

  7. Add mountain biking to activities

    Mountain biking is different than road cycling. You could add elevation gain which is an indication of a harder workout.

  9. Be able to export workout to PDF

    Be able to export your weekly workout plan to PDF to keep track of your progression and weight used on previous exercises. Compare progress photos with specific workout plans.

  10. Able to track blood sugar level

    Tracking blood sugar level will enable the coach to understand whether their clients are eating well and in the same time whether they could do workout on that day. And what type of precaution that this person could take. Something to remind the client to take their medication or even notify them to rest well that day

  11. Stop the app crashing my phone

    Phone works fine, is up to date with apps and iOS, but phone locks, and then cannot unlock screen despite trying to do a hard reset. Phone is unusable for 5-10mins and then comes back. Only happens when trainerize workout is running 😕

  13. Fully sync with MFP

    When a food is added to MFP then it syncs to the app then when a food is deleted or changed to another amount then it adds it again, currently MFP is showing 895 cals for the day and the app is showing 2950 cals. Asking for a manual sync does not fix this and the food can’t be deleted from the app. It would be good if when syncing it overwrought the current sync or you can manually remove errors.

  16. Allow to give comments while completing work outs

    It would be so awesome while within the designed work out, to have a feedback box after every exercise to keep notes on what we experience during that activity.

    It’ll help the coach understand a bit more of how their drills are activating their students learning. The student will also benefit from not having to have a separate place to take notes while completing the exercises/drills/activities.

  18. Add address to Location field of appointments

    Appointment sync to calendar is amazing feature, but it does not include the club address so my Tesla does not automatically navigate there the way it would if the address was there.

  19. Access to old workouts

    Allow access to old workouts - in case you want to do an old one a few months on and see how far you’ve progressed. Or at least just see the exercises in old workouts (as an uneditable list) without being able to “perform them” and enter in new reps/weights.

  20. Provide a profile view with details of others in the group

    Let me see the details of others in my groups. Right now all I can see are user names and a tiny circle photo. It’s not a good way to build community or relationships if I can’t drill in and know who is making comments or chatting
