Sub out ingredients versus the whole meal
It would be nice if you could just sub out or ommit an ingredient and it adjust your Macros then having to sub out the whole meal. For instance a wrap has avocados but I just want to ommit or replace the avocado not necessarily the whole meal.

Copy and repeat freestyle workout to new day
Allow me to copy and repeat the freestyle workout that I have programmed about completely having to re add exercises and rep targets every time.

Allow to manually enter recipe not from the app and be able to have the app covert it to caloric intake by the measurement.
We should be able to add our own recipe and figure out the caloric value by the recipe measurements. We should be able to save it in a recipe library where others can use similar to fitness pal app. Also, we should be able to change the dietary restrictions, so the recipes are specific to the individuals.

Being able to scan different items when creating a custom meal so entire recipes/food combos could be saved.
When creating a custom food, it would be great to be able to scan different items to create a recipe, or food combination. Currently I have to add up all nutritional information myself and divide it by the amount of servings the recipe makes. Only THEN I can enter as custom food.
I would love to have the app do this for me by simply scanning every ingredient in said recipe, entering the number of servings and have the app calculate the nutritional information for me.34 votes -

Manually add daily step count
My iPhone counts daily steps, it’s not that accurate but until I can afford a Fitbit/Garmin I use it. I’d like to manually add my step count.

Keep each meal breakdown per added food
When you enter each meal, you can swipe left to delete, but I suggest you be able to click on each added meal to see the individual breakdown of carbs,fat, and protien, as well as macros. This gives me a better idea when I look back on entire days to see what specific meals or within each meal I might need to cut back on or portion better.

Ability to substitute exercise based on muscle group
Currently you are easily able to substitute an exercise based on the name of the exercise. Sometimes you want to change the exercise but still work the same muscle group. It would be nice if you could search exercises to change/add based on name of the exercise and/or muscle group you are wanting to focus on.

Macro goal
I wish that the rings at the top showing the macro goals would show how many I completed for the day instead of what the goal is supposed to be. So it would fill the circle/ring with how much macros out of the goal I completed as well as show the amount of grams. Also wish it would explain the reason I completed my macros even though I did “hit them” like show within how many grams u can be to complete it.

upload photo from phone with auto use of date and time stamp
In the meal section- If trainerize could use the date and time stamp on our photos automatically to upload photos into the right date and time. Otherwise, taking a quick photo outside if the app when you don’t have time to open it on the go becomes a chore later to try to load it in
