Post scheduled activity to day you’re viewing
When I add an activity or workout, it adds to today by default. So when I’m planning ahead, I have to move everything.
Can you have the activity add to the day I’m viewing?
Thanks

Position switch time added
When the workout has a timer on it add a small duration of time in between to allow a person to make their position change. Currently the exercises are timed and go from one position straight into another one. Not allowing for position change

add Food tracking capabilities
Rather than integrating with FitBit, bring that function into the app by integrating with a food database.

Change voice prompts
The new voice prompts are annoying, but I still need the original prompts for interval runs. Can you create an option to turn off the new prompts but keep basic prompts that just say “jog,” “walk,” etc.?

You include a feature that tracks your session volume (like train heroics) and then have the option to view weekly total volume
This tracking feature could be great for monitoring training load for total body, upper or lower body lifts to ensure enough effort and recovery is being given

Create an option to correct the start time
Create an option to correct the start time. My time zone is incorrect and every time I fix it or even use sync to my phone it still doesn't input the correct time for my workouts. There should be an option to correct or input your own start time.

Allow data entry on standard web browser
Currently, you can only view info on the web interface. To log workouts, etc, you have to use the app. I'd like to enter days directly from my computer using the web browser interface.

See rest times and notes in exercise history
When clicking on an exercise to see the history, you can see the workout name, reps, and sets.
Seeing rest times and comments/notes made on the workout would be helpful

Read workouts from Apple Watch
It would be good if the App could detect and interpret a workout logged through the native Apple Workout App on the Watch

Give the clock sound option so you don’t have to look at your phone all the time, like a bell when the 2 minute rest timer ends.

Specific Comments
I should be able to comment on a particular exercise when doing a workout, not just on the workout. So say I failed a rep or a certain rep was heavy and my form was lacking, I can comment on that exercise, and similar similar how previous workout reps and weights track across, I could look at previous workout comments too

A second box for weights when you're doing drop sets
When you're doing drop sets you start of with a heavier weight and then move down to a lighter one. Having a second box to write in the lower weight will help you track your dropsets.

Body weight workouts for people who don’t have access to any equipment
I think it would be cool if each exercise had an alternate for body weight. Or if there were just full workouts that were body weight only. At this point, I don’t have any equipment or access to equipment so it would be nice to have that option, IMO.

Put 3-7 second test between exercises to allow for position & equipment changes
Need a 3-7 second interval between exercises to swap out different weights/equipment. Have to spend time pausing workout to do so, or lose time during an exercise interval
