Casting workouts to TV
It would be nice if I could actually cast my workout to my TV from my phone, but there’s no option to do that. I’m stuck having to look at my small screen when I could either put it to my computer or my TV like you can do with pretty much everything else that’s a video, but not on this app

Inclusiveness and diversity: Incorporate modified seated versions of exercises for disabled and elderly from beginner to experienced
People with chronic diseases will be encouraged to see themselves in exercise videos. People with arthritis, obesity, MS, CP, elderly, diabetic limb loss, vertigo would love to aee themselves depicted in videos. Show diversity in race, gender, age and ability. All humans have the right to exercise and move their bodies.

Navigate within the app during a workout
You should be able to look at your meal plan / tomorrow workout, etc, etc while recording a workout. You should also be able to see your PR history

Add a feature to list exercises by muscle group
The current feature is a word search to list exercises that have a word in the title. This is ok, but you have to know the name of an exercise. If one wants to simple look at what exercises are available for say legs there is not a feature to accomplish it. Simply add the property muscle_group to the exercise object and create a selection and list feature.

Crowd meter in App
Integrate a crowd meter into the app, a crowd meter will show how busy the gym is at various times based off when members are scanning in to enter the gym.

Be able to edit and add meal name
I would like to custom name my meal and be able to add more meal on my day.

Can the ability to barcode scan a food item and it log the nutrients without having to save it as a recipe.
If I drink a protein shake for a snack, it would be very helpful to just scan the barcode and add as a meal without having to create a recipe.

Make it possible to add foods that aren’t already listed
I make a lot of my own foods and add items my trainer recommends. It would be a lot easier to add the recipe so I could accurately track my meals.

Better swimming integration
Automatic swimming logging would be great, along with two-way communication between the app and Apple Health. Specifically for swimming metrics.

Let me post my own activities + improve custom recipes
Let me add my own activities for the day, Physical therapy, stretching, foam rolling, sauna, how much water I drank etc. I also build custom recipes but then on the meal plan it doesn’t let me pull those. I have to recreate them again there which is a huge pain point. I also would like to include my own recipes in the generated meal plans so I can buy the things I like to eat regularly instead of making special grocery trips. The app called lose it also let me input a recipe via URL link and I loved that…

Be able to adjust the ingredients quantity from the recipes or swap out items
I have made some of the meals but I don’t want two tortillas or maybe want more eggs - I would like to be able to adjust the quantity to be more accurate of what I consumed. Also. Some recipes sound good but have ingredients that I am allergic to or don’t like. I would like to be able to swap out that specific ingredient for something else and still have an accurate reflection on my macros

Edit or substitute ingredients
Ability to substitute/edit/delete ingredients in recipes. It is ENTIRELY too expensive to buy some ingredients for one serving for one person so I’ve had to get creative with substituting ingredients I already have or from other recipes.

Add a diary section
Add a daily diary option where you can reflect on the day. I think it will help to remember how each day went when it's time to do the weekly surveys.

Easier reading experience
Im 53 and I workout without my reading glasses If you could give each set square a high contrast color or make the margins wider it would help a lot to find it on the screen as currently I sometimes tap outside of it and have to do it 2 or 3 times to enter the set information
