Shouldn’t medications be listed somewhere?
Not sure if it should be under meals or nutrients but I’d think that vitamins and meds are important component of this. Not sure where to add them.

Be able to see how much weight you lift last week(last Friday vs current Friday), then you can get an idea how much weight you can expect to add more resistance on your workout plan.

my pt wants to charge me access to this app soon. it’s the only way i can access the plan i paid them for.
i’m unconvinced this is fair. they suggested screenshoting the plans as they are on the app to preserve the details if i choose not to subscribe.
this is my paid for data and i don’t like the idea of paying a weekly fee to access what i already paid for and find the idea of using screen shots to preserve it a crude solution that would be better managed by a specific feature from the app…

Enter scores/times for completed workouts and rank according to others' scores. See historical progress from workouts repeated.

Climb in feet and meters
Instead of incline, which is great for treadmill users. If you run out doors, then the total climb in feet or meters of your outdoor workout is more relevant.

Have an option to show protein instead of calories
Calories are everywhere, but at a quick glance I care more about protein. The UI might get messy with both, so maybe it could be an account option to switch to showing protein in each ingredient and meal.

Look at My Plate App by live strong!
This My Plate app runs smoothly! Adapt food app in trainerize to visually be more user friendly. Add a place for keeping track of water.
Put visuals for breakfast, lunch, dinner, workout, weight and water on opening. The add a food seems clunky to start with. The food app in trainerize needs to flow more smoothly.4 votes -
Include base stats for vegetables in database
Searching vegetables to add into your meal appears to only bring up side dishes from restaurants.
I’ve had to custom add just cooked vegetables at home which seems like way too much work for common ingredients.

Bring back the shorter exercises please
These were absolutely amazing as a busy Mom and chronic illness sufferer. On the days I wasn’t able to do a longer workout due to crazy schedules or chronic pain the shorter ones were a wonderful, manageable alternative and I miss them.
