Better tutorial
I need much more help with things like making an item or meal a favorite and how to save meals. I find the app so time consuming with tracking meals, typing in every single item for recipe. Tried connecting to the Myfitnesspal app, but that just makes it more complicated. That app doesn’t scan barcodes unless you upgrade. I have reached out to my coach but still having trouble.

The ability to add your own workout and not used a preset on within the app
I would like to add my own workout to the app so that I don't have to follow a preset workout which has been uploaded. This will allow me some freedom when at the gym to exercise how I want but still pull through all my previous weights so I can track progress.

Fix integration bugs
Please fix integration bugs with Fitbit. I track things like walks in Fitbit, and they will then show up 5+ times on the day I took it in your app. Other integration bugs are also very frustrating.

Include photos and video of people of all ages, sizes and abilities.
Having photos and videos of older people and larger people in your ‘how to’ vid would be encouraging and motivational for people like myself. I’m 60 and whilst I was once super fit and young like all the people in your vid, I have changed over time! Please make your explanations and support relevant to people of all ages, sizes and abilities. Thanks.

Make it easier to add recipes and meals from the discover section
I want to be able to add foods that are found in the discover section while I’m also adding other food entries to a meal.

It should be much easier to see the nutrients of an entered meal
Why is it so hard to use the meal tracking app to actually track the nutrients of individual meals? I should be able to see the details of each meal, not just the summary of the day.

Minor adjustment
Have option to pause workout for mid session deposits in the bathroom.
Have one app vibrate the wearable device the sound does not always work

Better food info
What pulls up when I type foods in is absolute chaos. Nevermind that the photos NEVER work and it prompts you EVERY TIME. Better, more concise information is needed otherwise this is just a waste of time.

User interface while working out
Better user workout interface. I currently workout using an app called ladder. It is very convenient to be able to pull up my journal that has my previous weight I used for the specific workout , rep scheme and intensity. This helps progressively overload and stay on track. Voice overs would also be nice to give cues on a few things like form and something a coach would like to share. I think the flow of the workout is no different than downloading a free app from 2015 and punching in random workouts. Whatever ladder is doing , I will…

More leftovers options
Ability to plan for leftovers. It would also be nice to maybe use an ingredient such as chicken and a few different meals to cut on prep time. It would be nice to have things that are easy to grab and go.

It gets a bit difficult to enter custom foods. Too often I enter a food and i forget to enter the “+” then I have to enter it again.
Make the process simpler.
