We are continually updating your fitness app with new features based on your feedback. Please add a new idea, or vote on an existing idea. This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  1. Workouts disappear after set time frame - dont like that. Old workouts should remain available (they do on the web version, but not the app)

    Keep old workouts available after they "expire" for reference or to do again as I please. They can be found on the web, but not the app, and can't be added to the calendar.

  2. Weight improvement

    Have the app challenge you by the app suggesting based on how much you lifted to lift more and more each week to challenge the user and the mind to get that connection.

  3. Be able to see the whole title without having to click on it. (I use Factor meals and have to open/close several titles to find the one)

  4. Fix app crash

    When completing a workout, the app takes forever to finalize it. I get the circle on my screen and it just goes around and around. It shouldn't take forever to finalize a workout.

  5. Apple Watch widget

    I need a fast way to access the Fitness App. Scrolling through my long list of Apps is annoying. Double clicking the crown to see recent apps doesn’t work well because it’s never in the same location. I can’t always use Siri. If there was a widget, I could pin it to my Smart Stack and would always be able to get into Fitness App fast. Thanks

  6. Change the button to watch exercise videos

    So since I got the new iPhone the Dynamic Island in the top middle blocks the option to watch full video for the workout examples so maybe switching the bottom to the bottom of the thumbnail would work

    Key point to look back on for context or things to flag that day for your coach. Just one or two so to be able to track if you were away or ill rather than just on message

  9. Hearing aid compatibility

    I need hearing aid compatibility for videos/calls, etc. I severely struggle to hear otherwise. The app won’t allow audio to connect to my hearing aids.

  10. 24 hour response

    Can we get responses from someone within 24 hours as a rule of thumb? I like the app and workouts but I have been on since December 2nd 2023 and have only received automated messages.

  11. I don’t cook! I’d like the opportunity to add each individual food item and have the app track that specific item. Total items at end

    Individual food items should be able to be logged and tallied with calories and other information. This could be a better way to choose the best items for overall goals.

  12. Add features

    I think make it similar to my fitness pal. Make the meals easier to view, able to delete items once saved etc. Calories and macros specifically remaining for the day at the top of the page!

  13. If you accidentally hit the button to end your workout, there needs to be a way to cancel that and resume the work out.

    There is no way to resume a work out if you accidentally hit the button to end it or if you have to pause it. It’s very frustrating.

  14. Make it accessible in China

    I could access the App while I was in China in January 2023. Not know what had happened after that but I couldn’t access the App in following trips in March, June and September. There might be cyber security restrictions applied. Hope you could resolve it so I could continue my training while traveling.

  15. Ability to type out own activity title

    Under calendar: activity: ability to type out own title and keep it there for a quick log in.
    For example: I want skateboarding log-able in my calendar, currently is not.

  18. Ability to edit premade meals

    Clients should be able to take a meal on trainerize and add/subtract ingredients from that meal or change portions of specific ingredients and log it without having to create full new recipes

  19. Filter to exclude food sensitivities

    The app needs to filter out all the recipes when certain food sensitivities are checked. Example: couscous contains gluten and should not be in gluten-free recipes. Whey is dairy and should not be in dairy-free recipes, tofu is soy and should not be in soy-free recipes, etc.
