Change text colour as the contrast is poor
Not all displays are easy to read as there isn't a lot of contrast between text and background.

Be able to create and save customized workouts so I don't have to rebuild each routine every time I go to the gym.
Ability to create, customize, and save daily workouts to reuse on different days. IE chest, back, legs, arms, etc... And allow us to reload that workout where we can input totals and add/substitute as needed.

Add feature or sync with diabetic blood sugar app
Blood sugar tracking is very important for diabetic people. Having the ability to track and view historical trends as they associate with food intake/etc would be really nice.

Adjustable Timer, Pause Button and Notes
Adjustable timers for workouts that require intervals but don’t have the timer set, ie the default timer is usually like 60 seconds. Would be nice to have more functionality with the timer
Pause button so if you’re doing a circuit and need to reference the video, you can without having to end or save your workout and start over.
Notes for each lift, let’s say a machine is different, or you hurt yourself and did less that day. Would be helpful for reference for future workouts. Great example would be tricep pulldowns and how some machines have a double pulley…

The workout check-in completion screen
Was nice but now it is just down right irritating having it pop up and having to close it every time. Please make an option to turn off the thumbs up screen.

Allow notes and custom workout
Be great if you could add notes to a session for your trainer and also to be able to add your own custom workout. Also to be able to specify what machine you're using for cardio sessions.

Have a graph to follow lifting progress
A graph to easily see how much progress has been made on different lifts. A 1RM calculator included in this would be great.

If I go back during a workout, I don’t want the workout to come to an end.
If I’m in active workout mode, sometimes I open the video to see how to do a workout. When I click back the app doesn’t respond, so I click back again and then it takes me back fully to the homepage and ends the workout.

Change color of macros
I think the macro colors should be updated to be yellow as your getting close to your goal, then green if you meet the goal, then red if you exceed the goal.

Meal options
Would be great to have a few more “simple” breakfasts and lunch options for people like myself are busy mums. Just a few options that I know are ok to have that don’t require lots of cooking prep or specialised ingredients.
I’ve found a recipe which I could make but it has tapioca flour… I’m not going to buy tapioca flour especially for one recipe but there is not a tip of “need to swap to flour use this much instead” so that excludes that recipe for me.

Use vision AI to identify the food you ate from photo taken.
I hate logging everything. Why not use computer vision (AI) to detect the food you have from the photo you take, then add or adjust the caloric intake.

Watch should have a start rest timer button
There needs to be a button on Apple Watch that starts the rest timer to save me reaching for my phone between sets
