Adding exercises
Adding actual exercises when substituting the workout for that day. Ie gym class for time I'd like to add the actual exercises we do.

PUT THE NUTRITION LOGGING BACK TO THE WAY IT WAS
Up until today I have been able to manually type the # of servings for each item in meal tracking. This is how I track my macros in the app because I use Cronometer which is not compatible. I have an entry for protein (4 cal), carb (4 cal) and fat (9 cal). Then I manually type the serving size for the # of grams I had of each.
Now I can't do that anymore! I can only choose a whole number from a drop down and the highest it goes is 99! Please put it back to the way…

Allow me to create a “meal” from ingredients
Every morning I make the same breakfast: Greek yogurt, sliced banana, strawberries, blueberries, granola topper and a touch of honey. I’d don’t like having to enter each ingredient every day. I’d like to be able to save the whole thing as a “meal” and call it “Kim’s Yogurt Breakfast” or whatever.

Workout timer
When the timer for timing a break between sets gets to 0 it reduces the sound volume of the music you’re listening to. Currently I have to stop the timer before it hits zero.

Streamline the entire interface
There's too much clicking in various parts of the interface. When I click an item in the check list, it should check off, it should NOT take me to an additional page where I have to click "Complete" and then click again to exit the screen. This is literally the purpose of a checklist, to complete tasks by checking them off.
It should also be way way easier to roll over unchecked tasks to the next day. Maybe a central feature where you decide if your default is to roll them over or to leave them behind.

calories surplus/deficits graphed
It would be great if there was a feature that overlayed calories intake vs calories burned. Similar to calories total vs active is graphed on a dot plot. The purpose being to show deficit or surplus calories. Extra points if you could graph weight vs deficit/surplus calories.
Also please start your graphs at 0….on the x y intercept

It would be nice to be able to review all comments made on mobile, rather than having to go to each workout to view the comments.

Add a workout journal
Add a journal that keeps track of my workout and day. This would allow me to write notes on how the workout went, what to work on in the future, my progress, what worked, and what didn’t, etc.

Accurate Macros for Custom Foods
There should be the ability to put in ACCURATE macros for custom foods. I can’t put 1.3g so I have to round up to 2g or down to 1g.

Better calories macro widget
The circle charts in the widget's are pretty terrible. They should be horizontal progress bars with text that shows "progress/goal" such as "450/2000 calories" (I'm a data scientist who studies data presentation. Circle and piecharts are the worst for understanding)
(the lifesum app has the best widget's I've ever seen, and show more info in a smaller prettier presentation. I can email examples if you'd like)It would be awesome if that widget was also available as a watch face

Food tracking day before
We should be able to track our meals in the app for a future date. One of the key things I suggest to my clients is planning out their meals the day before so they can plan. Please change this.

Integrate Tonal App (Smart Home Gyms)
It would be great to bring over the stats to the app from Tonal. This doesn't just have to apply to the Tonal. It can be for all smar home gym that anyone could have.

Comment more than just numbers for weights (example: colour of mini-band). Allowing us to type whatever we want in the reps/weight section.
Under each exercise you can only submit a number. Being able to submit whatever we wanted would allow for more accurate notes. Mini-band colour for example. Or if using a combination of of weight and adding a band being able to note that somehow.

Remove animation when completing activity. Allow just simply checking each item.

Add a notes section to each exercise/set in the workout
I don’t want to make a comment to my trainer at the end of a workout. I want to be able to leave myself notes on each exercise that get carried over to the next weeks workout. I use this to track positioning, how it felt, literally anything little thing future me will need to know.
