Allow the ability to access previous workouts that were logged on your schedule.
Allow the ability to go back to a previous workout that was logged days, weeks, or months prior. I like the ability/option of logging details such as your reps, weight used, circuit, etc. But what is the point of logging them into the app if you can not go back to check and compare your progress? I have to use multiple apps to keep track of my progress. Which is getting annoying. I started this routine almost a year ago and can not go back to the beginning of the year to compare my progress. Ability to link to Weight Watchers blue tooth scales
The Weight Watchers scales is great for reading, weight, fat, water, bone d, muscle & BMI. It uploads to my WW app on my phone but information does not link to this app.

Last 14 and 30 days body stats (Weight)
Please add the ability to show the stats for the last 14 days and also last 30 days. Seeing a 3 month view isn’t helpful when first starting out. The way the iOS app “carb manager” works is much more intuitive giving me a better view of the body weight. I can’t post screen shots here but it is much more intuitive.

More flexibility on weight units
You should be able to chose what units for each specific part of the app - in the uk we use stones and pounds for body weight but all the equipment at the gym is kg. Being able to do weight is stones and pounds and then logging workouts in kg would make life so much easier instead of having to convert everything before entering into the app.

Edit amount of sets and reps
Have the ability to delete reps or sets or exercises altogether from a workout. For example if it says 3 sets of 10, having the ability to delete the third set and only having two sets show. Or just the ability to delete an exercise altogether.

File & media folder for group chat
In the group chat we need to have a way to see the pictures and files only. Like they have on other messenger apps. So you can search instead of going up all the way in the feed

Option to create our own exercise if it isn’t in the database
When I have a warm up but it isn’t on the app, it would be handy to be able to create an exercise with a photo to add aswell so we can still track it

Enter Manual Excersize
In addition to the current list of excersizes, have an ‘other’ option where you manually state the excersize you’d like to do when creating a freestyle workout or tracking activity.

Audio instructions for newer members who may not be sure if they understand the video without instructions.
I wish there was audio instructions as I don’t see well and am not always sure if I’m doing the exercises correctly if there are small movements. I was disappointed that there was no instructions.
