Insomnia- Add ability to input ALL sleep, waking and back to sleep
I have issues with sleep sometimes, like many do. I can only input my fall asleep and wake time currently. Sometimes I'm up for 5 hours in the middle of the night and then fall back to sleep. I'd like to be able to input all of my sleep/awake times during the night to track it. I'm currently just adding together how much sleep I get in total which is inaccurate of how it really is.

Add traditional weightlifting as a choice under activity tracker for days when I’m lifting but not doing a prescheduled workout

Optional extra progress pictures
Currently there’s only 3 progress pictures we can upload, front side back. Can we have extra optional ones that we could label ourselves. For example so I could upload both side right and left pictures. Also allows us to do flexed vs not flexed photos

Set weight for next week
It would be great if I could put in what weight to start with the following week. As sometimes you might hit your benchmark but your form wasn’t good so want to stay on the same weight, or you smashed it and want to go up.

Gym check in history
I think there should be a history of all the dates and times you’ve checked in to the gym, also if you had a guest or not would be good, but mainly the check in history. I think people, including myself would like to know things like how many times we’ve worked out over a certain period, and to be able to retrace my agenda for a previous day.

Saving favourite activities
Saving favourite activities (ex swimming, running, etc) at the top of the activities list so you don't have to scroll through each time

Allow the ability to just enter calories and macros if tracking elsewhere.
If you use an all that doesn’t sync, or if I have clients tracking General amounts, not specific food, I want to be able to enter macros and calories without having to track food within the app.

Ability to sign up for classes more than 2 days in advance. I like to have a confirmed schedule/routine for the whole week.

Abbott has developed a continuous glucose monitoring device (wearable). Please integrate that with this software.

Add calories to HIIT
Please add options for calorie count to more than run and walk. HIIT would at least let us found for multiple type workouts

Migrate data from trainer to trainer
When switching to a new gym or trainer, allow data migration rather than having to start all over with badges and workout bests.

Create a daily journal for how the individual is feeling, any challenges or wins, mindfulness activities and maybe new goal ideas that are not weight or meal centered (ex: try on smaller size clothes in the closet, aim for a smaller size , etc.)

The ability to set up and record my own workouts separate to the workouts my trainer sets up for me.

Allow Google Pay instead of having to type in credit card number
My browser has my credit card stored in my Google account. Use that to pay so I don't have to type in my credit card again
