Split a set
If you want to get your 10 reps but start too heavy or fatigue, it'd be good too be able to split that set, eg 6 reps at 10kg, 2 at 8kg, 2 at 6kg. At the minute, from what I've seen you can only add and entirely new set at the bottom of the whole session

Three second Count down clock when you start the timer.
When you start the timer for an exercise that requires it be timed, like “whatever” for as many as you can for 30 seconds, right now when you press the timer you don’t start your first rep until about 3 seconds in. If you have a three second delay or three second countdown timer just before the 30 seconds starts it would be great.

Time of appointment reminder
On the calendar where your workout for the day is posted, it doesn’t remind you of the time you scheduled your appointment . It would be nice to have the time off appointment on there as well.

Better work out interface
A new user screen. I use my app in a mobile phone in the gym. I would like one page for an exercise and the related sets that shows me exactly what I did last time. With the option to copy weight and reps across and modify or copy from set one to two and three etc. I use it whilst doing the exercise in the gym and like all most everyone Over 40 I am slightly long sighted - I need to be able to see sets/reps in screen without glasses. I want a widget timer so I can…

Journal Option
At the bottom of the app are all the predominant points in time you’ll want to monitor, except journal entry! There should be a feature that allows a person to integrate a journal entry for the day. Studies show reflection puts new habits into long memory parts of the brain. Reflecting on a bad day or writing down questions for their trainer, all of these can be done in the journal tab. This also would help the trainer get to know their clients personally, leading to probable higher retainment of clients if they connect in this way.

Ability to add calorie burn/exertion
Since certain bands are not supported being able to input your own calorie burn/exertion that is shown on your unsupported fitness tracker would be ideal until more fitness trackers are supported

Show exercise minutes from Apple Watch on my dash
Would love to be able to select “exercise minutes” from my Apple Watch to the dashboard instead of steps.

When I’m in the middle of a workout, sometimes I need to look back previous workouts but I can’t do that without loosing the filled in data.
It would be useful to see history of similar exercises. For example I get a new workout from my tutor but it’s for the same muscle group as the previous one. It would be great if I could look back the old one, so I can guess the weights for the new one. In case they have a different name it won’t be displayed and I have to close the ongoing workout losing data of sets snd reps.
