Last 14 and 30 days body stats (Weight)
Please add the ability to show the stats for the last 14 days and also last 30 days. Seeing a 3 month view isn’t helpful when first starting out. The way the iOS app “carb manager” works is much more intuitive giving me a better view of the body weight. I can’t post screen shots here but it is much more intuitive.

Provide modifications / scaling options / easier regression for workouts
The ability to choose modified workouts for when you don't have access to gym equipment, or for certain injuries (like knee-friendly exercises, shoulder friendly, ankle friendly, etc.)

Not start a workout on the app if I start it on my watch
It’s frustrating when I start a workout on my watch, using my Apple Watch, ie. other, indoor walk, outdoor walk, but when I click start on a workout in the app to track stats in my program, it stops my Apple Watch stats.

Add area to review past workouts, calories burned or summary of workout program
I am trying to see what I have accomplished since I started. Programs completed. A summary of all workouts completed weekly, monthly and annually.

For my workouts I track on my Fitbit to be added as workouts I have done.
The app allows you to sync up your fitness watch but it only takes your steps and sleep records. I would like it to also take my tracked workouts.

Own Calorie tracker
Since the integration with AppleWatch and the customizable LT Apple Watch face, I love being able to see in an instant my steps and calories burned and to launch a work out however I’m forced to use another app to track calorie intake.

To be able to download your stats

Make app design compatible with iPhone X and later
When running a workout, the top bar with the Cancel and Save buttons don’t take the top notch into account and are difficult to tap. Pushing that bar down below the notch would make this much more usable.

Save and exit workout screen
When typing in reps, sets, etc on workout page, we should be able to save, exit, then come back and finish workout if its not finished. Its annoying having to put in everything back again since it deletes all progress when exiting.
