Changing the "meal type"
If I copy my dinner to lunch the next day (because leftovers) I am not able to change the label "DINNER" to become "LUNCH". I COULD do that in the old version. Fix please!

During a workout the video is on loop, this should have the option to minimize to save battery usage on the users mobile

Have the ability to delete/adjust macros from main list when making a mistake. I end up having 2 different entries fir the same meal.
Sometimes when entering a meal there is a mistake we make in the macros and we can’t readjust it so I end up having double entries.
Also when I enter a customer meal and it has a barcode I would like to be able to sync the barcode with the recipe.1 vote -

Exercise guidance/explanations & better weight tracking for gym equipment ie smith machines start at a base weight =25#-max weight incorrect
It would be great to have little explanation of the exercises on where we should be feeling it and which muscles we’re working
Also, when you input how much weight you’re adding by to machines vs free weights is a little confusing. I only have a smith machine for squats, bench press, etc and its base weight is 25 lbs so trying to figure out an accurate max weight is confusing.
It would be nice if similar exercises gave you and idea of where to start based off of another exercise you’ve done instead of taking 1 day to figure…

Workouts
Check boxes by each exercise for increase weight and increase reps that one would check when they are ready to move their progression needle. The requested increase should also automatically show up the next time that exercise is scheduled as a reminder. Currently, I have a little notebook to record this data and it’s a pain to juggle in between sets when I want to record.

Be able to add calories manually for a meal. If you can i havent worked it out

Cumbersome, entering is multi step. Can't delete once its entered. No fractional options, i cannot add 1/2 an avocado or 1/2 a scoop of powd
Simplified adding foods. Add fractions so I can have 1/2 an avocado. Or 8 Oz of ground beef. Let me delete or correct entries.

Adjustable Meals
I 100% LOVE this whole program. It takes the guess work out of pretty much everything. I would like to be able to adjust the meals sometimes. Like if I substitute spinach for chickpeas.... just to see how it would affect my macros

Improving the recipes
I believe that not every user has access to the Trainerize recipes as it’s apparently an additional feature that your coach must buy?
I have access to the Trainerize recipes and have tried them as well. I must say that nearly all the recipes have room for a lot of improvement.
They’re not that great and can become very inaccurate when your calories are increased or decreased.
What I mean by this is when I had a calorie increase, my lunch involved eating an entire block of tofu alongside something like 44 sticks of celery!!! 🤢

Synchronize app to time zone
I noticed the calorie counter is off as it's not synchronized to my time zone. So it adds yesterday's meals to today's breakfast and totals the calories...

Have logged food show macros/micros under apple health data
when logging your food in the trainerize app, it would be nice if the macros and micro nutrients would show up under Apple health. Syncing under apple health these nutrients and macros would bring the data together for doctors to see when you sync apple health to doctor/hospital apps.
