Delete old workout stats
Be able to delete old workouts and stats. I have found some of my old workout stats were incorrect (I recorded double the weight I was actually using) and so my PR's are skewed by these incorrect stats.

Edit workouts
I would like to be able to edit my future workouts. Currently if I go to tomorrow's or even next week workout the edit button is grayed out. I'm only able to edit once I "Start" the workout. That is a colossal waste of my time in the morning when I just want to begin my set. If I can adjust and save my workouts ahead if time that would be a game changer.

I’m still needing to use MYFITNESSPAL due to logging meals being difficult and not as robust in Trainerize app. Is there any expected date of this happening!

Quick Task completion ✅
Allow tasks to be completed/checked off without having to click into them, receive a congratulations screen then X out of the screen twice to get back to daily task page. This takes up way too much time and makes using app super annoying.
Code app for clicking on the circle as completing task/checking off for quick completion vs clicking on rest of the task words for taking into the congrats and motivation screen

Make it so you can create recipes and menus online also. Too difficult to plan on my phone.

Add yesterdays meal
When adding food to a meal, provide the option within the meal to “copy from another day.” Only option I have seen is figuring out which day I had the meal, going to it, then selecting copy.

tracking glitches all the time
Multiple times, the app for whatever reason, will stop tracking my heart rate and calories burned so it’s not accurate. At first I thought it was because I would go into another app and change the music or something and that would glitch it out, but it still happens even when I don’t do that. And then it sometimes won’t load the completed workout into my Apple fitness tracker too with the correct information.

Start and stop your workout within each workout. Also when you hit Save, their should be a 2nd popup verifying you really want to save
Please add the ability to start/stop the workout within the workout OR add a 2nd pop up when saving verifying you want to save. I’ve accidentally hit Save and it stops your watch from tracking your HR for the rest of your workout. You should be able to go back into the workout and it start tracking your HR again on your watch.

Review the recipes. The beet smoothie has beets in the instructions, but it’s not in the ingredients therefore didn’t show up on my list
Also, the shrimp stir fry has coconut aminos in the ingredients, but it’s not In the instructions.

Rest time and logging sets like JEFIT app.
I use various apps and the JEFIT app has a great rest time interface as well as checks off sets as they’re completed. It’d be great if this app had similar features. I don’t see an easy way to adjust the rest on individual sets.

Allow Meal Regen. To rest on a day of users choosing
When regenerating meal plan, can we pick a day to regenerate the meal plan for the week? I do my grocery shopping on fridays and it's hard for me to plan my meals out when it only regenerate on Monday morning. This could be a simple setting added under profile

Add a note for each day.
Having a general note each day would give us a place to enter steps, calories burned and so many other things. I do not have a way to connect my Samsung Health information to sync that information to this app. A note each day would make it so my coach can see this information in my notes. Ex: steps from my Samsung Health & more.

Adjust serving size by changing macro in meals
When entering food to a meal, allow me to change the macronutrient amount (ie protien, or carbs, or fats) of the food and have it automatically adjust the serving size and other macronutrients based on the adjustment. Example: if I need 10 more grams of protein to finish off my day, and I’m having chicken, I want to be able to press on the protein macronutrient, change it to 10 grams, and have the amount of chicken update so I know how much to eat to get my 10 grams of protein. Feedback
The app is pretty slow loading. When you mark something as complete you gotta then hit another button to bring you back to tick box list. This makes it slow and not intuitive

You should be able to manually add your steps for the day.
A lot of people don't have the expensive/fancy watches that connect to this app. I have a cheap one that does the trick and id like to at least manually add my steps .

Apple Watch - sync end of workout intensity with apple training load
Apple watch now tracks training load and gives you information on how your training load changes over the month. Training load is very similar to the screen presented at the end of a training session in the app, it would be great if these 2 values would be synced, as currently it needs to be edited manually

Weekly workout progression.
In the workout section, where you type in each rep and weight. It would be great if underneath it is says "previous workouts rep count and weight".
That way you can easily see what you did last workout and progress right then and there instead of having to find it in the app to see.
