We are continually upgrading your fitness app with new features based on your feedback. Please add a new idea, or vote on an existing idea. This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  2. Healthy competition between members

    On the older app we had where other members can see your daily workout and could like it also with monthly competition with app users also we had bio age I think it we had where members can compete with most days at the gym how many calories burn or steps challenge would keep members engaged on the app and help with their wellness journey.

  3. Parent and Kid Membership

    Allow underage kids old enough to work outto be added under a parent's membership so that monthly fees and annual fees can all be deducted from the same card at the same time every month/year. Also, all membership info for the parent as well as the kid should be under the parent's account on the app and online.

  5. Newbie tutorial

    It would be great to have a tutorial for gym newbies. A written guide or videos to watch. Difference in treadmills and bikes, how to use the screens on the cardio equipment, how to utilize your benefits. Also maybe a club map.

  6. Stop members from camping out on a machine.

    Some people are staying on a machine while resting and blocking their use. If it was a few minutes between reps I would understand but ten or more is too long!

  7. A way to request a song.

    The music currently playing in the gym is horrible. Sounds like an 80s workout tape. Seems like a small thing but I've really grown to despise it. I usually wear earbuds but when I'm not alone I have to listen to that awful workoutrhythmfusion.mp4

  11. Is it so much to ask for some tissue boxes in the locker rooms?!

    Please put tissues in the locker rooms. That toilet paper is terrible for blowing your noise and if all the stalls are taken, then what? Please and thank you.

  12. Spa out of order /pool & spa closed

    Notify on the app if the spa or pool is out of order or closed. Several times I come ready for the spa and it’s being drained or something. Would’ve been nice to know that before I left the house in a bathing suit.

  15. Add last 4 digits of the credit card in “payment history=>In club transactions”

    Please add the last four digits of the credit card used in the ‘Payment History => In Club Transactions’ section. This will help us check when the credit card registered was used or other. For today’s transactions, only indicate ‘Visa’ or ‘Master. Thus, we can track which family members incurred expenses using the registered membership card.

  20. Move the two bikes

    Move those two bikes when you walk in somewhere else. Maybe on the other side of the treadmill, a little more private for those who want to try out spin bikes but don’t want everyone to see
