Allow trainers to book sessions through app
Currently trainers can only book sessions through the computer. It is extremely inconvenient since most have day jobs and don’t have time to sit at the gym computer and book all their clients sessions. Especially when schedules frequently change. Most other gym apps I have used allow you to book sessions through the app. It seems outdated that this can’t be done with Platinum fitness.

Search and class sign up functionality
The class search and sign up functionalities are horrible. Pages take too long to load and then reload after every class sign up. Filters are insufficient - need more options (e.g. instructor, time of day, category of class). After signing up for a class, page should return to class just signed up instead of reloading days of classes. Descriptions for classes need to be better. Other enhancements: categorize classes according to type of class (e.g cardio, strength, mixed, water) and then add that as a filter. Multiple filters.

Can we copy workouts we have entered in already
We need to be able to copy work outs or have an option to use saved workouts. This is a huge issue and a lot of time wasted when entering in each day when you are doing say a 12 week program

The app needs an easy way to cancel a class. There is a fee for not going to a scheduled class but no easy way to cancel it

For 'workout of the day' .
When you're moving workout to a new day, make it a copy and leave it on the original date that came from. Just copy the data not move the workout completely to a new date so you can see what other days you use that workout.

Add ability to import/read .Ifit files from other apps on iPhones in order to capture all workouts.
My RunCline app on my iPhone reads the data from the gym’s smart treadmills; however there is no way to add that workout data for my trainer to review.

Betr Health
Eos personal training partners with Betr Health for nutrition. It would be more efficient to sych Betr Health with the EOS training app to reduce duplication of workouts, food intake, etc. for the end user.

Expand gym floor
Get rid of the back room with a glass wall. Open the gym floor to make it more spacious. Maybe add a couple new pieces of equipment.

Sync Body Measurements from Apple Health
I have a smart scale at home which tracks weight, lean mass, body fat percentage, etc. and records it in Apple Health. Presently, that’s not one of the metrics that the app syncs, so I have to manually copy it over. It would be nice if those metrics synced too.
If I were to guess, I assume this wasn’t implemented because they want consistency of measurement from the gym’s equipment, but it seems like that could be handled with a source filter. Additionally, the individual measurements aren’t all that significant, it’s the trend which matters.

A feature on the app showing all the machines and equipment in the gum and how to use them. And what each one is used for.
A feature on the app that shows all the equipment and machines in the gym and videos on how to use them. Also a virtual tour of the gym via the app

I already have a trainer I have used and loved. It would make things so much easier if I could just book sessions with her through the app

Be rewarded points for free items
Just on the like the previous app get rewarded points for each time you visit the gym also time you are at the gym anniversaries etc. etc.

Update gym location search (HORRIBLE)
The current search interface for reviewing locations is HORRIBLE. You have to go through one at a time instead of viewing all or getting results close to your location. The old app was much better!!!! Fix this.

Memebers should be able to track workouts in the app calendar. Even if it is just what part of the body was worked out each day

Lose it app sync
Can you include LoseIt app for food logging please? If we are paying extra for a trainer, we should have access to an app that’s more accurate for food logging. LoseIt allows precise measurements and doesn’t have safety concerns like myfitnesspal
