Class schedule father out than 1 week
I'd like to plan my next week but I can't see past Sun. It's only Thu. This is discouraging as I can't make other plans or errands around a class time or location.

Class is open for booking notification
The older app allows you to set notifications to remind you when a class opens up for booking. Some classes get booked pretty quickly, so it would be nice to have that feature again.

Add last 4 digits of the credit card in “payment history=>In club transactions”
Please add the last four digits of the credit card used in the ‘Payment History => In Club Transactions’ section. This will help us check when the credit card registered was used or other. For today’s transactions, only indicate ‘Visa’ or ‘Master. Thus, we can track which family members incurred expenses using the registered membership card.

Adding an option to turn on/off dark mode in settings would be an amazing upgrade to the user experience.

Allow you to schedule classes farther out
Allow us to schedule for classes up to a few weeks in advance. If I have to wait until 24-48hrs to book I sometimes forget or decide to skip instead. Booking in advance allows me to hold myself accountable to use the gym

Add more classes for people who are working since the ufc gym is 24hrs and the recovery program integrate with the membership
Hello I've been going to the ufc gym alot and I pay alot of money for this gym. I have complaint that needs to be address and that is adding more classes to the gym. I believe people that are working should have the ability to take a class pass 8pm and the recovery center for the ufc gym should be open 24hrs regardless of any location. The membership and recovery should be included in all in one package and not seperate.

Show a weekly calendar for classes that member signs up for, so we don’t need to scroll to check

Fix your SQL back end. It’s clear you either have no SQL admin or they are flat out terrible. Feel free to hire me for consulting.
so many features that rely on SQL are flat out broken. Also I’m pretty sure your database got popped (hacked/leaked) back in November even though you didn’t tell any of us.

Gym store shopping
Have the instock gym store items, along with price and availability. You could pay for it through the app and just pick it up when you get to the gym, this would help generate more revenue for the gym

Update gym location search (HORRIBLE)
The current search interface for reviewing locations is HORRIBLE. You have to go through one at a time instead of viewing all or getting results close to your location. The old app was much better!!!! Fix this.

machine labels
The machine names are sometimes different than the app names. It would be great to have them the same. If you the gym labeled each machine with the name found on the app, it would save much time searching for an uncommon machine.

More room equipment
2/8/2024. Covina Fitness 19. All room equipment is taken out of the room and not returned. For example, the red risers, the mats, even weights are missing. We are paying, we need the equipment to do the classes. Not be chasing them around.
Managers need to get more involved not just seat on the sidelines.

A feature on the app showing all the machines and equipment in the gum and how to use them. And what each one is used for.
A feature on the app that shows all the equipment and machines in the gym and videos on how to use them. Also a virtual tour of the gym via the app

Add in app poll for desired potential classes
Add a feature where we can vote for desired potential classes and times. Classes at my gym are dropped when there is low demand and right now it seems what they get replaced with is arbitrary. allowing people to vote for desired classes on this app would give a better idea of actual demand.

To be able to see when each training session has been used just like check in history to be able to keep track of used sessions.
Simply a way to be able to track the training sessions on the app to see when and how many sessions have been used to keep it accountable.
