This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

    It would be nice to be able to download a workout log history to see progress and be able to see old workouts.

  2. Qaidio Scale Sync

    I spent over $100 on this smart scale before I started my PT program and would love to sync it with my fitness program app. The Qardio Base X does at the good stuff, like muscle mass, subcutaneous fat, body fat %, skeletal muscle, water composition, BMI and BMR. It syncs with my Google fit but I would like all the data to directly sync to your app please. I would settle for a Google fit sync though. Thank you.

  3. I don’t want it to be better for them, but for me. I want premade workouts in the app that use the machines and weights available at the gym

    Have premade workouts that members can select and do independently in the gym using the machines, free weights, etc.

    Building a workout is a pain in the butt on the app. Need pre done workouts that can be modified if needed.

  4. Catalogue Previous Workouts

    Workouts that my trainer sets up for me can be found in my own folder, but only for a little while. Once my trainer advances my workouts to a new section of training, the option to add an older workout to the calendar disappears. I have to go back to the workout I did, memorize it, and then manually re-create it for the current day. Please make it so that previous workouts given to me by my trainer are catalogued and do not disappear unless someone specifically deletes them.

  8. Allow you to schedule classes farther out

    Allow us to schedule for classes up to a few weeks in advance. If I have to wait until 24-48hrs to book I sometimes forget or decide to skip instead. Booking in advance allows me to hold myself accountable to use the gym

  9. Make filters more general to find similar classes

    Right now all classes are listed by specific names instead of categories in the filter, so if I want to find a yoga class, I have to know all the names of each individual yoga class, for example, Heated Power Yoga vs. Hatha Flow vs. Yin/yang. Please list classes by category: yoga, swimming, etc...

  11. Let us register for classes once the class has started - sometimes people are late!

    The app closes registration right at class start time. Sometimes people are late or forget to register until after class with the instructor's reminder, or people who haven't done classes before might not know to do it before. Please allow registration until at least the end of class or a little after!

    Tells customers the crowd volume of the gym. Like if it’s really crowded or if it’s a low volume. Updated frequently or every hour maybe.

  13. To be able to see when each training session has been used just like check in history to be able to keep track of used sessions.

  15. More than 1 locatiom schedule

    It's annoying to have to keep selecting more than 1 location to see their schedules at the same time. It always has your home gym, but it never saves a second location to see their schedule. You have to reselect another location every time.

    Make it so you can be friends with your friends in the app and keep them accountable by seeing when they go to the gym

  17. Borrowing an item

    I have been asked few times to trade something in exchange for borrowing an item to use during my workout. I am not comfortable doing it.
    Can we have a borrow an item for inside use only through app rather than exchanging an item.

  18. Edit meals

    The ability to edit meals, add the macros tracked on previous or favorites. plus add meals all at once into favorites to add when needed later; for those of us who use prepped meal kits like hello fresh, etc.

  20. Don't overlap classes

    The classes tend to overlap making it hard to take a couple classes back to back. After doing a Strength class it would be nice to cool down with Yoga for instance.
