We are continually upgrading your fitness app with new features based on your feedback. Please add a new idea, or vote on an existing idea. This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  2. Please allow for a longer registration before classes.

  3. Memebers should be able to track workouts in the app calendar. Even if it is just what part of the body was worked out each day

  6. Spa out of order /pool & spa closed

    Notify on the app if the spa or pool is out of order or closed. Several times I come ready for the spa and it’s being drained or something. Would’ve been nice to know that before I left the house in a bathing suit.

  7. Ability to call or contact the gym to cancel

    If you need to cancel attending a class on the same day, there should be a way to call or text. If a class is full or will allow someone else to attend

  8. Find a class location improvement

    When viewing multiple Club 4 locations in “find a class” mobile app feature, the location state and number appear beneath the class, ie. TX30393. It would be easier to see the city beneath the class to take the guess work out of which TX location is offering a class I’m interested in.

  9. Class Management

    You should be able to tap on classes booked to manage them as opposed to having to go back into the filtered class list. Once a class or classes are booked, they should be filtered into a place that shows all my classes. Could have an associated feature showing classes I’ve taken to make it easier to find and rebook them.

  11. Connect/get data from InBody app/H20B/H20B home body scale

    It would be nice if my MyZone app could sync data from my InBody app and/or H20B home composition scale.

  14. Allow default preferred gyms

    The class search defaults to "home gym" every time it reloads. I go to classes at several gyms regularly and I no longer go to my "home gym". Can we please select several "preferred gyms" and have them remain the default unless otherwise changed?

  17. Show 'book' or 'join wait list' option only when available

    Your app buttons display as blue all of the time, they should only be blue when the class is actually open for booking. If the class isn't available to book yet, it should be gray. Same with the 'join wait-list' function. A user should never be prompted to join a wait-list if the wait list is full, and today you have to click the button to find out. So stupid. Also, anyone who wants to be wait listed should be able to join. There should be no wait list cap.

  19. Clean the tan kiosk and keep stocked with items that the system says are provided. Like feet pads for kiosk.

  20. Primary gym II locked into the feature for ‘classes today’

    It should save my primary gym as the one that is featured instead of having to scroll to gym 2 from the scroll down menu every time to do a quick run of the classes offered. Gym 1 is set as default for all classes except the gym classes that I am on the schedule for. Sometimes this info pool takes a long time to load when you are a last minute decision making expert
